Muchas escaleras y tenemos problemas en piernas
El espacio de las albercas
Sus camas y colchones son muy viejos, las sábanas y colchas están muy percudidas y hasta manchadas, las toallas para baño lo que le sigue de viejitas están hasta deshiladas de las orillas y casi grises de lo percudidas que están, las albercas tienen partes sin azulejos, definitivamente les falta mantenimiento a todas las áreas del hotel, su estacionamiento no está cerrado... en definitiva no es 5 estrellas!! sí hicieran algo al respecto estaría muy bonito porque tiene espacios muy grandes.
La nostalgia
La alberca, el jardín, las vistas al mar en general todo muy bien.
Le falta mucho mantenimiento, áreas abandonadas y el cuarto estaba bien pero hay que renovar los baños, las sábanas y Toallas ya se ven muy viejas y percudida y también hay que poner colchones más nuevos.

Los desayunos buffet. La atención y amabilidad de los camareros del restaurante sobre todo el joven César muy atento y sonriente.
La habitación asignada 509 con comunicación a la del 508 por una puerta. Se escuchaba fuerte las pláticas, música y televisión contiguas, o sea que no tuvimos privacidad . La puerta de la terraza se atora y rechina.
The hotel was built around 1938. Therefore, it's very old, but inside of the facility has a classic look. It has a nice pool. It also has a beautiful view of the Ocean from the rooms. There was a leak coming from the shower head and they took care of it very quickly. The paid breakfast needs a lot of work.

En general todo bien, la recepcionista y los bellboys excelentes. La comida bien aunque el servicio no fue del todo bien.
Solo tuve una situación con el sr. De la alberca, le falta actitud de servicio y amabilidad.

Zimmer 509 Superior ist sehr sehr ringhörig, dachte die Nachbarn sind bei mir drin. Aus dem Bad erreicht öfter mal ein unschönes Düftchen den Schlafraum. Kein Haartrockner, kein Kühlschrank.

El personal de limpieza, hizo perdedisa una toalla y la tuve que pagar en recepción, espero y gerencia investigue y de con la responsable
