Servicio basico. Alberca genial. Atencion mala.
Pros:

Las albercas geniales. Bien limpias. Y grandes.
Estaba amplia la habitacion.

Cons:

La habitacion nunca le sirvio el clima solo lanzaba aire.
El primer baño tenia una ventanota acia afuera que se veia desde afuera acia adentro pero pedi cambio de habitacion.
La tele nunca encendio
Los baños muy basicos para ser un hotel de prestigio
Nunca me dieron mas toallas. Alquile la habitacion paral 4 personas. Me dijeron que me traerian 2 toallas y nunca llegaron. Ya no quise seguir insistiendo.
No me dejaron comer una comida que pedi en DIDI en las mesas de la alberca me dijo una muchacha empleada que nisiquiera podia dejar mi bolsa de comida en la mesa porque probocaria que otras personas quisieran comer en las mesas.

Un hotel con historia
Pros:

El hotel es muy antiguo y guarda esa nostalgia. Es muy bonito arquitectónicamente. La habitación es funcional, el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien, porque el calor fue intenso. Las albercas muy grandes y limpias. El restaurante tiene una vista muy bonita al mar y los alimentos son muy ricos.

Cons:

El hotel está construido en un cerro o desnivel, por lo que hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras todo el tiempo, tiene un elevadorcito, antiquísimo, que no funcionó muy bien. Las escaleras interminables, la habitación tenía vista al mar y por tanto debíamos bajar 5 pisos por escaleras y subirlos también, ya sea para llegar a las albercas o para salir a la playa. Reservé este hotel por la descripción en Booking, sin embargo, no me di cuenta que está ubicado muy lejos del centro y tuve que pagar taxi dos o tres días.

Regresaría sin dudarlo, una y otra vez.
Pros:

Es un hotel antiguo, y me encantó..la alberca es enorme y el tobogán nos regaló muchas experiencias únicas, está a nada del mar lo que es un gran plus.

Cons:

El desgaste de la alberca, pero entiendo que es difícil funcionar sin ella pues es a mi gusto, el mayor atractivo

Cosas que no fueron las mejores:
Hubo lluvia y se metió el agua por la ventana a pesar de estar cerrada, no estaba bien sellada y se mojaron nuestras cosas que teníamos en el piso.
Es insoportable la manera en que te exigen propina para todo y si no dejas te bajan la calidad de la atención.
La comida precio- calidad, fue muy regular y el buffet quizá por debajo de este promedio, ya que no tiene variedad, algunas cosas sabían a que ya estaban pasadas de tiempo y ni siquiera incluía pan o tortillas.

Pros:

Me gusta mucho la ubicación, no pudimos disfrutar de los beneficios que nos brinda el hotel, solo el desayuno le encantó a mi hijo.

Cons:

Que las puertas del baño y del closet se azotan, es decir que solo las abría y se iban contra la pared.
Y encontramos una cucaracha, aunque ya estaba muerta.

Wonderful property and staff, will be back!
Pros:

Older property but beautiful and well-kept. Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious. Plumbing and AC all work, good screens. HUGE pool. Very short walk to super nice Mocambo beach. Water there was shallow and warm, beach is well cleaned and staffed with life guards. Hotel staff all was friendly and helpful, gave me early check-in, too. The place was way more atmospheric and full of harmony than the big box hotels nearby.

Cons:

Would be nice to have coffee available in the lobby, had to go 5 min to Oxxo to get my early caffeine or breakfast.
