Zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und können es gerne weiterempfehlen, allerdings reicht es mit Frühstück. Sehr dankbar über
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand war super.
Auch das Personal war zuvorkommend und äusserst freundlich. Uns wurde extra Essen zur Seite gestellt, da wir aufgrund einer Flugverspätung erst spät ins Hotel ankamen. Wir schätzten diese nette Geste sehr.

Cons:

Leider waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden mit dem Essen. Das Essen selbst war gut, jedoch die Wärme- und Kälte Bedingungen der Esswaren, gaben uns ein ungutes Gefühl alles zu essen. Zum Beispiel war Aufschnitt/ Käse etc. zu warm..
Wenn man einen sensiblen Magen hat, dann sollte man eher von den Sachen absehen, die gut gekühlt werden müssten… das ist das einzige was wir wirklich schade fanden.

Pros:

El hotel es muy familiar y tranquilo. Cuenta con muchos detalles que van sumando a la estancia allí. El personal es muy atento y amable. El buffet es muy bueno, con comida de calidad y los postres muy originales y ricos. Las instalaciones están muy bien y no hay problema para conseguir hamacas. Sin duda para repetir.

Cons:

La habitación con vista lateral a la playa es un poco pequeña. Por lo menos nosotros que íbamos con dos adolescentes. Nos faltaba sitio para colocar la ropa y estar algo más cómodos.

Gepflegte Anlage mit super Personal.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle waren bemüht, unsere Wünschen zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Man hat nur montags, mittwochs und freitags die Möglichkeit Poolhandtücher zu tauschen. Alle zwei Tage ist im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit verständlich, aber am Wochenende sind es drei Tage und es ist doch etwas lang. Es ist aber nicht so schlimm.

Lage und Personal top. Essen gut. Handtuchproblem am Pool sehr nervig (wäre einfach zu lösen, will man aber nicht).
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber und gute Lage.

Cons:

Mangelnde Hygienetücher im Fitnessbereich. Kein Wasserspender im Fitnessbereich. Das Reservieren von Poolliegen durch Handtücher wurde akzeptiert, was dazu führte, dass nachmittags kaum Liegen verfügbar waren, wobei viele nur durch Handtücher besetzt waren.

Pros:

Todo , está muy bien situado frente al mar . Hemos estado muy a gusto
, el personal que trabaja es de 10. Gracias a todos en especial a Alejandro , a Sophia y a John en la plancha por estar siempre tan pendientes de todo . Y en la limpieza y en recepción también muy bien atendidos . Al no ser muy grande no hemos encontrado aglomeración en ningún sitio y eso que estaba al completo . Volveremos el verano que viene sin duda .

Fantastic hotel but wouldn’t stay in July or August again because of the poor air conditioning!!
Pros:

The staff were the friendliest , most efficient of any hotel we have stayed in. Absolutely exceptional.
The food was excellent. It was always possible to get a lounger around the lovely pool area.

Cons:

The only negative about the hotel and the reason I scored an overall 8 instead of 10 was the poor air conditioning system. The only part of the hotel that was comfortable was the reception area. Unfortunately everyone was sweating around the hotel as the air conditioning could not cope with the hot temperatures!!

Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Am Buffet schwitzte nicht nur der Käse. Bei Außentemperaturen um 33 °C ist es dem Hotel nicht gelungen, den Speisesaal einigermaßen herunterzukühlen, sodass einige Speisen nicht genießbar waren. Der angeblich frisch gepresste Orangensaft war zum Beispiel sehr sauer. Joghurt musste man vor dem Essen vorsichtig antesten, weil er auch in zwei von drei Fällen sehr säuerlich schmeckte. Der Käse schwitzte schon, obwohl wir die ersten morgens am Frühstücksbuffet waren. Und so kam es, was kommen musste. Nachdem ich bereits eine Frau am Pool sich mehrfach übergeben sah, erging es mir zwei Tage später nicht anders. Ich habe komplett einen Tag im Zimmer verbringen müssen, mit allen unschönen Nebenerscheinungen. Das Personal hat die Situation damit erklärt, dass dies mit der Klimaanlage, der Kälte, und der Wärme draußen zusammenhängen würde, was natürlich nicht stimmt. Weiterhin hat man erklärt, dass es in vielen Hotels momentan so wäre, dass die Leute Magen-Darm-Infekte hätten. Ich persönlich habe es auf das Essen bezogen, denn wie eingangs schon formuliert, waren die Speisen zum Teil nicht mehr genießbar. Was natürlich nicht auf alles zutraf, aber bei gefährdeten Speisen sollte man sehr darauf achten, da der Speisesaal viel zu warm war und die Speisen nicht angemessen heruntergekühlt werden konnten.

Pros:

Eigentlich alles, es war sauber das Essen abwechselnd und echt super, vor allem das Dessert der absolute Wahnsinn.

Cons:

Das nachts auf dem Balkon die Lampen immer an sind. Das stört definitiv. Ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Nagyszerű
Pros:

A hotel vízparti elhelyezkedése kiváló és a környéken minden megtalálható. Külön kiemelném az oldali tengerre néző szobát, amiből az egész sétányt illetve a tengert is láttuk és gyönyörű nagy teraszunk volt hozzá.
A személyzet nagyon kedves. Számunkra a hotelben az étel volt a legnagyobb meglepetés. Nem voltak nagy elvárásaink, de ilyen finom ételeket soha nem ettünk még hotelben, pedig rengetegen helyen jártunk már. Éttermi/cukrászdai szintű ízek és tálalás volt. Tematikus vacsorák külön izgalmassá tették.

Cons:

A szobában az ágy kényelmetlen volt és nyikorgott, illetve 2 külön ágy volt összetolva ami nem volt túl komfortos párként. A klíma hűtési foka nem minden napszakban működött megfelelően.
Nagyon nehéz volt napozóágyat találni, mert mindenki már kora reggel kitette a törölközőjét és lefoglalta egész napra.

Tökéletes helyszin, kedves emberekkel.
Pros:

Gyönyörű kilátás, rendkívül keves személyzet, tematikus vacsorák, közvetlen a tengerparton, medencék.

Cons:

Elvileg 6-kor bezár a medence, viszont nem szóltak rá a vendégekre, ugyhogy ez is pozitív.

Pros:

Kényelmes,nagyon tiszta szobák.Csodálatos kilátással a tengerre. (811-es szoba).Viszonylag változatos reggeli.Tematikus vacsorák.Nagyon segítőkész személyzet. Tényleg mindenben próbáltak segíteni, bármi kérés volt azonnal reagáltak rá.Az esti műsor után,teljesen csendes környék.

Cons:

Talán a medencénél a személyzet számon kérhette volna ,hogy tilos a vízbe ugrálás. Ha ki van írva,hogy tilos ,akkor ne engedjék a nagy ugrásokat.Nem a néha egy-egy fejes ellen volt kifogásunk,hanem amikor sorozatban egymás után ,óriási ugrások voltak .Nem lehetett úszni,lazulni.
