Nice place for a low price.
Pros:

Great place for a good price. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, specially the manager Mohammed.
Rooms are big and spacious with the bedroom that can be locked. Swimming pool, buffet and sauna(extra $) are some of the amenities at the place. It is right next to a mosque so if you are a light sleeper, you might hear it in the mornings.

Not highly recommend for family or business trips
Pros:

Some shops and restaurants are close to the hotel. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Although this hotel is advertised with free parking, there are only 35 parkings. The chance that you will end up paying for parking is high. Parking costs 100 Derhams per 24 hours. There is no cooker in the apartment. The hotel can provide with small useless electric cooker. No washing machine, no iron. Internet was useless, worked sometimes and didn't work for most of the time.
