Wonderful value hotel
Pros:

I don't think there's a better value hotel in London. It is just a few metres walk from the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, and opposite a park. The rooms are a bit small, but the hot water runs well, the breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
