kamers waren heel klein, nou is dat voor het slaapgedeelte niet erg maar voor de badkamer was het echt heel lastig om je kont te leren

No air con and the room was boiling. Bathroom is very small and there was a hole in the door which had been badly patched up with a piece of 'wood effect' tape

Our room was away from the road which was good, however the neighbours were loud, playing music late and early in the morning. The walls and ceiling were thin, we could hear ever door close and step. Needed more plug sockets (only two and by the desk so not able to charge phones etc) and a lamp, really harsh lighting.

no guest in room as we had a friend who arrived early and it would have been good to have had her meet us in our room and put her bag with ours

Room was next to reception and behind room was a small courtyard area where kitchen was, could be very noisy, especially in the mornings

Small room, very hot . A fan was there but it was for nothing as it was blowing hot air. Couldn’t open the windows

My friends almost didn't get to stay as they had left their ID in their mates house..we were just down at that hotel for a gig in Tottenham

Nous avions une chambre de 4 au dernier étage et c’était en pleine canicule. La température y était intenable : 35 degrés dans la chambre et sûrement 40 dans la salle de bain: on avait littéralement l’impression d’entrer dans un sauna ! En plus l’eau froide coulait chaude, impossible de se rafraîchir même avec 3 ventilateurs ! Chambre petite pour 4 personnes, on était les uns sur les autres, 1 seule chaise et 1 petite tablette, pas assez de place / rangement pour mettre nos affaires. On a tout de suite demandé à changer de chambre mais l’hôtel était complet, on a dû faire avec ! On a dormi avec des serviettes mouillées sur vous, petites fenêtres ouvertes autant que possible. La nuit a été étouffante, on était tous réveillés à 5h avec une seule envie : sortir de la pièce ! En plus odeur de poulet frit des 5h du matin qui remontait, franchement on était au bord du malaise. J’ai contacté booking le soir même qui a été à l’écoute et a appelé l’hôtel pour un changement de chambre. Le lendemain,’on nous a donc proposé 2 chambres de 2, une au rdv et une au 1 ou 2 eme étage, c’était beaucoup mieux ! On n’a pas eu de supplément à payer. Franchement si vous y allait en été, faites bien attention à éviter le 3eme étage sous les toits, c’est très mal isolé ! Heureusement la salle de petit déjeuner au sous sol était plus fraîche. Cette 1ere nuit a été éprouvante et nous a bcp fatigué pourtant le début de notre séjour. Une Clim s’imposerait pour pouvoir louer cette chambre décemment en été par forte chaleur (même si on a bien compris que c’était assez inhabituel à Londres, mais malheureusement vu la tendance, ça risque de se reproduire dans les prochaines années). Merci quand même à l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité pour nous reloger !

it wasn’t clean, day staff was rude, things broken in the room, no hot water, fan didn’t work, no ventilation in room, overpriced. Would not recommend this place to anybody expecting 3 stars

The property was in need of repairs. It was quite warm although the fan did help and the windows were able to open.

The hotel also has a requirement to provide ID from all guests which is not something I have needed anywhere in my extensive travel.

They also require you hand in the key before you leave and on your return for no apparent reason. They also just handed over the key when I asked for my room number with no checks - not very secure.
