Compared the bedroom the bathroom is extremely to small its to dark there was two lights but one of the light wasn’t working. Literally can’t even move inside the bathroom.

Pros:

I've stayed here many times.
It's great value for money , with breakfast included .the rooms are small but functional , you have everything you need and it's clean.
Reception staff are very friendly .
Breakfast is good, and I'm vegetarian. Love the veggie sausages.
And it's just a few minutes to shops, take aways and the tube , overground railway.

Cons:

For me it's great, but there's no lift, so if you're disabled it would be difficult.
As a larger man ! The bathroom is small and the sink is very close to the toilet but manageable.
It's great value though and easy to get to all parts of London.

Would stay again
Pros:

Very good location within walking distance to the tube station. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Room was clean.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper, you may struggle a bit as walls are thin so other guests may keep you awake or the traffic outside but earplugs will help.

Great location just across from finsbury park train station, giving easy access to tubes to central London and Tottenham

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel reception was very modern but beyond that the hotel looks tired.
Our room, no 23 was very tired and had lots of paint missing from the walls, the walls were actually showing signs of damp, the blind was broke which was an issue as there was no curtains, the bed was directly under the window where there was a draft and you could still hear the busy main road, the carpet was stained and dirty and the tv was literally falling off the wall.

rooms are small, and the bathroom was VERY cramped. shower didn't really work properly. rooms all had a musty smell. good value for money as a last minute booking but not the most comfortable of stays
