Quite pleased with Queens Hotel
Pros:

Close to the tube station and shops
Clean, spacious room

Cons:

Deposit requested for the room with up to 30 day return period!

I did not spend much time in my room did it was great

We had a pleasant stay. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, and the hotel offers good value for the money.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy when guests in the neighboring rooms closed their doors. Also, the carpet in the room was not very clean, which could be improved!

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is nice as well as the location. The room is simple but it has all you need.

Cons:

Unfortunately, is very hot during summer, no air conditioning. The fan in the room helps but is not enough during summer days.

Nous avons dormi ch 26 au dernier étage sous les combles . Espace très petit pour 3 personnes . Sans parler de la chaleur . Nous avons relevé 35 degrés à l’intérieur . Ce qui rend la nuit compliqué avec un simple ventilateur . L’une des hôtesse est peu agréable elle me demande avec insistance mon prénom alors qu’ elle a mon passeport entre les mains .

Windows broken in heat wave, given a small fan. Filthy carpets and couple arguing at 3 am just about finished us off with a day of exams the next day. Reception staff useless
