Poor condition needs more upgrade

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities, pool and gym I felt were uninviting. There is no outside space in the way of a terrace, courtyard or rooftop area. Knowledge of the public transport system, which is frequent, clean and cheap is essential as is a long way from the nearest Metro station and access to places of interest.

Family at environment and cleanliness.

Cleanliness is not a thing that the management is thinking of

All room is good enough, lobby also nice and all staff very helpful and given room before time ,so great recpation and all they helpful

When we arrived we checked in and went to our room after half an hour we found out that the room was full of cockroaches. Although the surface was cleaned but the room needed to be cleaned all the corners and under the hood. We went back to the reception to complain about the room. She changed our room. The new room was better but still we found insects and cockroaches frequently.

I recommended to get the hotel industrially cleaned and maintain it well. The maintenance and cleanup should not only be making the surface shiny, but also clean up the less visible corners, remove the food left overs to avoid insects nests.

The hotel has a nice building the facilities are good. But badly maintained. If everything is professionally maintained and cleaned up this hotel has a lot of opportunities. If I was the manager I would immediately hire a professional industrial cleaner and change the strategy to maintain it clean afterwards.

Hotel is nice, but they need to take care of room services little bit more,

I stay for one night only, and if I rate for that one night I will give 10 out of 10. Very clean and peaceful place, the room was like a studio flat, everything available microwave oven, cookware, gas stove, washing machine, fridge, you need only to bring your own food and cook if you stay for a week or more. Washroom was also clean and good, there's also a bath tub,It's like your own home.
Reception and customer service was excellent very friendly and helpful staff.

Had a great time. Nearest station is 45 minutes away by walk. Airport is 15 mins drive. Staff are all nice. Manager was very caring. Didn't try out the food but the gym was pretty standard so it was good.

Saravanan bhavan hotel is very nearby. Enjoyed the atmosphere

Good Hotel

Great budget place if you need one right outside of Dubai. It is close (not walking distance) to the metro, but a quick cab ride. There is also a huge mall across the street.

Location is good and there is easy highway/taxi access and a large mall across the street. It is 15-20 minutes from Dubai mall and 10 minutes from Mamzar Beach. The two bedroom apartments and studios are large and well equipped and have nice kitchens. The staff is courteous, but requests often have to be repeated due to English language challenges. The cleaning staff is not inattentive but they are undermanned. Clean towels are always provided when available, but sometimes dirty towels are taken without replacements being supplied. The pool is out of service for the foreseeable future.
