Fish and summer House

The lady working the desk was the nicest we've met in Thailand and that says a lot since everyone is so nice. The air con wasn't working in the room when we checked in so the simply gave us another. The rooms were simple but very clean and the lobby had such a cool setup and a great place to hang out. The rooms do have safes but didn't work in either of the rooms we used.

Definitely not 3 star as it states. Queen room more like tiny single room. Absolute dive, ants on shower floor and in bath sink, air con on its last legs, no room phone, asked for a deposit to use the room safe, balcony doors didn't lock, couldn't risk leaving documents in room. Had to sleep in my clothes, found few ants in bed when i woke up, checked out straight away. please avoid at all cost.
I recommend dydi loft apartments, cheap and huge.

Kam um 7uhr morgens an.
Check Out ist um 12:00. Ich habe extra Kate Checkout bis 16Uhr damit ich ausschlafen kann nach fast 3tagen ohne Schlaf.
Um 10 Uhr wurde ich dann sehr unsanft von der Besitzerin aus den Schlaf geschrien(!!!) ich solle bezahlen weil ich ein anderes Zimmer wollte da das anderere unzumutbar war. (Roch extrem nach Schimmel und nassen Hund. Kein Fenster kein Klima. EINE kathastrophe.

Das einzige gute am Hotel ist der Mann der Nachts am Empfang sitzt. Sehr freundlicher Mensch nur leider macht das nichts besser.

This hotel is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Easy check in and out. Friendly and safe setting.

I paid for hotel on expedia but it turned out i had to pay an extra 1000 baht for an half decent room. Very rude and unhelpful woman on reception. The man was ok.

they couldn't find my prepaid reservation on check in! I had a Expedia Confirmation and said no rooms and that Expedia is Closed?? I said that expedia never closed, that I was gonna make some calls and figure something out. waited for about 15 min then a room just happen to appear. Tiny room, I'm sure a thai jail cell is bigger, smelt really, really bad like garbage and sewage, stains all over sheets, random people passed out on the couches around the hotel. Cold water outdoor shower.

Room was the size of a closet and stuffy. Disgusting place. Staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Pas terrible il y a mieux. Le personnel est vraiment nul et pas accueillant. Rester 2 nuits c’est le maximum.

I paid for the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony

Arrived not even a hello or smile. Told me can't check in till 2PM. Which was ok because I knew that beforehand.

Tired to bump me into a smaller room.
No room cleaning unless you ask.
Toilet seat broken.
Shower works sometimes.
Don't help with luggage
Safety deposit box did not work

Balcony door does not close fully so water and bugs get in.
Plenty of bugs in room.

Only 1 plug socket.
No coffee or tea provided.

Do not provide laundry service instead tell you to go and find it yourself.

No on-site restaurant or coffee shop or bar. Just a fridge with beers which was a rip off. 7 eleven 1min work.

Beach, shopping centre, Bangla road 20min walk.

Spoke to them about above and got told can't do anything.

The reception staff are so rude, arrogant, no sense of service. Too busy on mobile phones.

I only stayed 10days out of 21days. Could not take it anymore.

I highly recommend FRUIT Paradise hotel. Rooms bigger, cleaner, includes breakfast and staff are so kind and welcoming. And a lot cheaper then this dump.

Cigarette butts, poo and gum in the shower. No toilet paper or handwash. Don't know if we just had to share with disgusting people or the hotel is ignoring very basic things, but we had to leave. I disliked the atmosphere instantly. I saw a guy take his paid 'friend' to the hotel oppposite and the woman on reception was clearly trying to get us to spend more and upgrade: 'no TV, no Aircon and you have to share bathroom'. Nothing nice to say about the place she worked in made me notice nothing nice. Don't take advantage of people on a budget... we give reviews too.

Very nice place. I just recommend to take a room with a window perhaps better than without. But nothing to complain about

good service and clean. only problem we had was the humidity in the room and moisture in the toilet. unfortunately the hotel was full booked during the 5 days of our stay so we could not change to a room with window.

friendly and helpful staff. cheap price to own a private room for urself. toilet was abit smelly and mouldly. floor of the room flying with dust. the private single room was the top floor, which means u hv to climb up 4 floors to reach ur room. overall is gud
