Puzza nauseabonda dal bagno, tapparella rotta. Personale che dopo la segnalazione del problema alle 14.00 non ha fatto nulla per risolvere e mi hanno spostato in altra struttura alle 23 dicendo che non avevano camere disponibili. Mai più!

Parlo x professione, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato per renderlo più moderno. Faccio un esempio anche i bagni hanno bisogno di una ristrutturazione soprattutto piastrelle e fughe e sanitari. Ma nel complesso, mi sono trovata molto bene. Bisognerebbe cambiare anche la moquettes. La moquettes da quella sensazione di non pulito . Perché mi ha creato un po’ di problemi per quanto riguarda l’allergia. Fate i complimenti ai cuochi, perché la cucina è divina.

Pros:

L'hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. È una struttura datata, ma tenuta bene. Personale gentile, ambiente molto pulito. Colazione abbondante e per tutte le esigenze. Situato nel centro del paese, che già di per sé rappresenta un ottimo punto strategico per visitare la Toscana.
