Pros:

La vicinanza alla clinica per l’intervento laser agli occhi che dovevo effettuare, la cameriera della sala colazioni molto cordiale; mi ha aiutato nella scelta per le mie allergie.

Cons:

Molto anni 80, accoglienza svogliata, abbiamo avuto problemi nella stanza e sono rimasta al buio praticamente per un giorno intero prima che ce la cambiassero. La reception puó migliorare.

Molta cortesia e posizione ottima ma non sufficienti a colmare le carenze di accoglienza della camera

Cons:

La camera era assolutamente fatiscente. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era affossato. L’armadio era rotto, sopra era pieno di polvere accumulata da parecchio tempo, mancava un’anta e le mensole erano poggiate sul fondo perché i sostegni erano rotti. Non c’era una cassaforte, non c’era né carta né penna né la classica bibbia (ma questo conta poco) c’era il frigo ma era vuoto. Le pulizie non sono state fatte hanno solo rifatto i letti ma il bagno è rimasto com’era con gli asciugamani ritrovati come li avevamo lasciati e capelli e peli a terra (non nostri). Nel corso delle pulizie inoltre non sono stati ripristinati i prodotti da bagno e abbiamo dovuto fare con quelli utilizzati il
giorno precedente.

Al nostro arrivo un receptionist non ha voluto che saldassi subito il conto,mentre una sua collega giorni dopo è stata super gentile e disponibile.
La pecca più grande è stata in camera appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli lunghi e neri sul letto e in bagno
