وقت وصولنا الغرفه غير جاهزه التكييف كان سيئ اتصلنا بالاستقبال وأرسلوا فني ظل اكثر من ساعه يحاول في إصلاح التكييف طلبنا تغيير الغرفه عطونا غرفه بسرير واحد رفضنا بعد أكثر من ساعه تم إصلاح التكييف في الغرفه.

I stay in many hotels, and its hard to impress me, but i was impressed with how easy it is to get requests taken care of
