The location was fantastic and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

We had a seaview standard room. Small balcony was superb and view of Vesuvius amazing. Room wasnt huge but not small either and had everything that we needed. Quality throughout the hotel is very high and the standard of service is exceptional. The hotel is not cheap, but you dont pay for anything else when you´re there (breakfast, club lounge etc) so the price starts to make sense. Breakfast is superb and (again) view from breakfast room is amazing.

From the minute you step into the property, you are treated as royalty. The food is amazing, the staff top notch and the view from the room is like no other. Definitely a 15/10.

Stayed the full week ( 7days) from 4th Oct at the bellevue syrene – wow wow wow, is all I can say , it was pricey but it was worth every penny. Although I did add on two days much later and the last night when we were there so paid a bit more for those last two nights. We had bfast in the rate and access all day to their terrace lounge for free drinks soft and alcoholic all day from 10-8 with canapes. Alcohol was wine/ prosecco and Peroni and you could sit outside with them and take to the room. I will do a review on the hotel separately, but it was lovely . We had a deluxe superior room due to booking direct with the hotel as they offer a upgrade for direct bookings, with a full sea view to die for , Bfast was really good great continental style but also a a la carte menu for hot items such as eggs / avocado toast and pancakes. Always a pianist playing each morning and as well in the pm in the terrace lounge . Service was sublime really outstanding at every level . Room also has a free mini bar with soft drinks/beer. Snacks (high end) and replenished daily. Bathroom products were all fancy soaps for body /hair shampoo and hair conditioner something id not seen before ie made in a soap.
Their was a streamer for ironing clothes – very efficient and better than the iron and ironing board _ ive today ordered one for home lol. Slipers/robes/ beach bag to take home with hotel logo on. Coffee maker and kettle in room so had all the amenities and very good tv with net flick, tons of sport channels and you tube.
Bedding was with hotel logo (changed daiy) turn down service as well . Huge bed and lovey quality I had extra pillows and room had full air con etc. no bath just a very large shower. Had a couple of dinners at the hotel they were nice but I like eating out in sorrento . the hotel art collection is super impressive and that was unexpected the attention to detail the place felt like a movie set all the time, Just beautiful at every point of the hotel and with its own caves down to the free beach club for guests, very small pool with no loungers near the bar prob have loungers in the main summer as it was also quite windy for a few days . Lots of high end wedding and spectacular fire works each pm and we could hear the music of the weddings from the balcony which I enjoyed late pm but once doors on balcony was closed it was sound proof and shutters opposed to curtains so pitch black with lights turned out – very good sleap.

Have a buggy they will happily take you to places in Sorrento.

I think this hotel is absoutely world class the staff and the service is off the chart and clearly are well managed and a great team.
Photos dont do the hotel justice and i think some photos are old as the gym was def updated .

This was the best hotel we stayed at out of all our trip!! Everything was luxury and the view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was so fancy! The private beach was so cool to get to and it was very nice and the gym is very cool also! The art everywhere is very nice. Everything was perfect I wish we could stay longer.

What a fabulous hotel. Great location, amazing ambiance with art throughout and an absolutely wonderful staff. The views from our room (305) are exceptional - with two balconies overlooking the Bay of Napoli and Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast was quite nice as well. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay and experience at the incomparable Hotel Bellevue Syrene! This hotel holds an incredible location and enjoys a panoramic view overlooking the sea and the Lido below. The building is stunning and is filled with beautiful art of all types, from sculpture and paintings to decorative arts and furniture. And the service from the staff is superior and outstanding.

With over 20 years of experience in the Destination planning business, I have never experienced such a level of classless customer service in my life. My clients and I worked for over a year to bring this dream wedding to life and the staff at Bellevue Syrene were unprofessional with every aspect of the planning process. Their wedding planners, Angelo and Maria, never respected meeting schedules. They would not give timely responses to questions we had. When we got them on the phone, they would quickly hurry us off claiming that they had a wedding every day. Why did we move forward? Once the contract was signed, all these were unleashed on us.

Please note that we also had events at the Hilton Sorrento Palace and worked with beautiful people like Giuseppe, Pepe, Salvatore and others who were professional for over a year with us. We had a great experience and all our guests are writing great reviews on them and Hilton. We worked with so many Italian suppliers such as Evo Yachts, Castellano, Persico Bus, Gaetano Foto, and more who were so beautiful to work with from the planning process to the very end. They were all respectful and kind.

In the beginning, Angelo the planner gave us Caputo’s number to contact but he never did because of the language barrier. Angelo was aware of us reaching out to their resident supplier and never advised against it. For months, we asked Bellevue Syrene and Caputo for the quotation, but it was never provided to us. When we were down to 2 weeks to the event, their resident wedding planner, Angelo, gave us permission to source for an alternate supplier since we were not getting any response from theirs. After we found another supplier, their resident supplier came with a quote of 46 thousand euros, RIDICULOUS. The alternate sent us a quote of 10 though euros after theirs for the EXACT same equipment we needed because we compared both invoices. It was not brainer for us to go with the alternative.

Two days before the wedding, they informed us that if we went ahead with the alternate, we would have to compensate their resident equipment supplier for a minimum of 2500 euros because he would have to move all his equipment out for the alternate. This was NEVER mentioned to us in order for my clients to make an informed decision. On the day of the wedding, Angelo's boss, Maria Matilde and her boss both told me and the groom that they would not let the wedding proceed if this fee was not paid. Imagine our shock and dismay. It got so heated, but they refused to budge in finding fault in what their wedding planner did. After some time, the groom offered to pay 1000 euros instead of 2500 euros in order to salvage his wedding. At first, they refused the 1000 euros and we willing to cancel the cave but later, When they realized that we looked defeated, they agreed to take it but not without the manager telling me to thank him for allowing the wedding to proceed. I was speechless. The penalty was applied to the final invoice which the client paid, we have all invoices and payment receipts to prove that it was not waived.

During the wedding, they made all our guests walk down to the beach for the ceremony, claiming that they could not take the elevator. When some of our guests refused, they were yelled at. We have several guests that can attest to this.

Please stay clear of this overpriced and classless venue. They are NOT offering 5-star quality in any way. Stay clear of Angelo, Maria Matilde and every single person connected with Bellevue Syrene, they do not value people, they do not value us and treat us well.

The location could not have been better, we shopped on our last day of our trip, returned to the hotel to drop off our items, and then returned to shop more. Breathtaking view!! The room was full of hotel amenities. Sparkle clean, you get your money's worth services were impeccable. Great breakfast!! The gatekeeper/receptionist, Roberto, welcomed us like we were royalty. He was also very informative with information throughout our entire visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel, you will not regret it.

One of my favorite places, best ever. When we pulled up I was in shock, no matter how many pictures I looked at, nothing prepared me for Bellevue Syrene. Elegance, breathtaking views from all around, elegant breakfast and a private swimming "beach." The elevator to the beach was a lifesaver. They serve food all day if you want to go in the lounge for a light bite. The service was superb. Our room was near the "lobby" so if we had a question we just popped out. The concierge staff was on top of everything. Four nights was not enough. I cried and hugged our concierge upon leaving. That is embarrassing but I am human. Don't miss it.
