Limpeza, cordialidade , cama, armário, toilette localização.
A tv era difícil para funcionar. A cadeira da mesa é um pouco desconfortável se você permanecer um pouco mais de tempo a exemplo de usar o computador.

Limpeza cuidadosa e os funcionários são no geral educados e solícitos.
O local fica a 500m do shopping frei caneca. Não que seja "culpa" do hotel mas, o entorno esta cercado de casas noturnas (algumas funcionam de dia também). O que torna o ir e vir do centro de convenções um tanto constrangedor, principalmente para mulheres desacompanhadas.
Gostei do atendimento, da educação dos funcionários e da limpeza. O café é maravilhoso, os bolos são incríveis.
