Nice rooms
Pros:

Good location close to airport, large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed

Cons:

Only one coffee pkg per person provided with one sugar pkg and one cream pkg each. No coffee provided in lobby for early morning - just a starbucks that you had to pay for if coffee wanted. No breakfast included. For this price per night, these should be provided like other hotels that are in smiilar price range and area. Shuttle service was supposed to be 24 hr service, however it only ran once an hour.

明明說明信用卡只是用來保證，結果擅自扣款隔天，導致我被double-charged! 我已經付款給booking還被這家旅館扣款。告知工作人員，她說現在只有她一個人，manager不在，無法聯繫booking，無法幫我處理。這是違法的，怎麼可以隨意扣客戶信用卡？而且我明明只住兩晚，保證的20扣款還被扣3次，這是為什麼？
明明是訂四個大人一個小孩，有含早餐，結果竟然告知是含兩個大人兩個小孩。後來經過溝通才調整。

An exceptional stay with great food and service!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and dinner!!! Very comfy beds, wonderful staff, and spacious rooms. The amenities were exceptional; we loved the sauna, pool, billiards table. Just wish they had a hot tub. We would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Calgary!!
