Awesome hotel, but main purpose is to sleep, shining spotlights on room windows is dumb.
Pros:

Everything was clean, lots of facilities on site, lounge restaurant, Starbucks etc. Location and parking were fine. Close to local restaurants across the street

Cons:

Spotlights on side of building filled second floor room with light even though the drapes were closed. Need a dark room for good sleep. lights should be turned off after 10:00 pm. Shower head needs to be cleaned, almost no flow coming out.

Pros:

Free shuttle bus to/from the airport makes it a great location for the airport, with just 10 min travel time. A real nice human actually answered the phone immediately! Very pleasant staff.

Pros:

Igor at front desk is a very good guy. He provided exemplary service when we thought we had lost our luggage. He went above and beyond to locate our bag within a tight timescale. This was a massive relief and much appreciated.
He is a real example of good customer service.
