Hassle
Cons:

The stay in the hotel was a hassle. It's hard to point to anything specific but rather a lot of small signs that describe the environment there.
We booked a room for 5 (2 adults, 2 adult children, and a child), breakfast included. Upon arrival we got breakfast tickets for 4 persons. On our question the staff let us know that breakfast was booked through the 3rd party (Booking), so any questions to be addressed there.
There is no tea, no sugar, no kettle in the room. We asked for a kettle but it wasn't provided. Next morning, I asked again and they did bring the kettle this time.
There were other small issues, like finding extra expense that was erroneously put into a final bill. After a call the error was quickly acknowledged and fixed. But having to call the hotel next day after departure didn't add to the experience.

If it wasn’t for attending a work conference there, I wouldn’t pay that price to stay there.

The staff were friendly

Cons:

Debit machines for the restaurant didn’t work, there was no tea in the room, just extra coffee. Constant thumping and banging heard throughout the night.

I stayed here before and had a better room, that seemed cleaner. So maybe this visit was just an unlucky visit.
Pros:

The restaurant/bar. We had dinner and it was all delicious although the sweet potato fries looked overdone and not worth the surcharge. The potato fries were perfect. It was so nice to not have to leave for dinner. The sauna was a nice touch.

Cons:

The pool was great but it was dirty with hair all around. Our sheets for the pullout had hair in it which made me feel like the room wasn’t clean. I also felt the room never got cool. We were near the elevator and it was very warm.

Our stay was great, again the main issue is just to have a mirror in the bedroom.
Pros:

Not applicable as we did not have breakfast in the hotel.

Cons:

The Pillows could be better, and it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom not just the bathroom so 2 people can get ready at the same time.
