Très bon séjour, hôtel tout confort
Pros:

la chambre était très bien équipée et spacieuse. L'hôtel est très bien placé, nous avons pu faire toutes les visites à pied.

Чисто, комфортно, чудове ліжко, прекрасний вибір на сніданку, гостинний персонал, зручне розташування.
Здавала одяг в прання і хімчистку - повернули в той же день в ідеальному вигляді.
Зупиняюся тут втретє (вдруге - з дитиною) і не пошкодувала про свій вибір.

Great central location and hotel is fitted out to a very high standard for the price.
Pros:

Excellent room - free upgrade and drink vouchers offered when they realised we were celebrating a wedding anniversary. The staff are quiet, friendly and efficient, and the public areas are clean and quiet. Rooms well equipped with high-quality fittings and sleek bathrooms.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage (Busstop (Linie 26) direkt gegenüber, nahe zu Thameslink nach Gatwick). Sehr ruhig. Outdoor Sitzplätze im Innenhof. Großes Zimmer (Juniorsuite) mit komfortabler Matratze. Kontinental-Europäische Badarmaturen. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit a-la-carte Optionen.

Very Good Value for money, Great Staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—it truly felt fresh and comfortable every day.

The facilities were great and well kept, and housekeeping did an outstanding job, cleaning and organizing the room daily to a very high standard.

A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us the option to choose our room, and the one we selected turned out to be a fantastic choice.

Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing that one should consider is that it takes about 5 minutes of woalking to get to the nearest Tube station. Eveything else is positive.

직원들 모두가 친절했고 메일 문의에 대한 답변이 매번 빨랐습니다. 삼성TV도 좋구 욕조가 있어 좋았습니다.
호텔 바로 앞, 버스 정류장이 있는데, 현재는 공사중이라 스킵해서 내려줍니다 참고하세요!

Cons:

로비로 들어갈 때, 계단이 조금 있습니다. 당일 아침에 조식을 결제해서 먹었는데, 신선한 방식이었습니다. 뷔페로 채워지는 음식들이 있고 따로, 주문해야하는 음식들이 있습니다. 직원 분이 잘 설명해주십니다.
