Great service! Comfortable room
Pros:

We had lounge access because we booked a junior suite so there was many extras included in our stay. The service was excellent!
They put us in a room that seemed like a half mile from the elevator

Cons:

Not many restaurants in the location because it is near the financial district. Although it was close to walk to Covent Garden area that had everything.
