We arrived early & our room wasn’t ready and despite us going for a wander to eat up some time and returning to the hotel way after check in time it still wasn’t quite ready but was fairly promptly made available. Great customer care though as we were offered drinks from the bar whilst we waited.
Breakfast was really good. The location is perfect, not far from West end.
Room feels cramped even though it's quite big.
The accommodations were excellent. Modernized and super clean. The AC was a bonus.
The location was good, but restaurants and stores nearby seemed to close early. Plan accordingly. While we like the location, we had to do some additonal walking as it is “in between” a lot of the sights to go see.
Location was perfect. Easy walk or subway / train ride to all the top locations. Staff was very thoughtful and responsive. Hotel was clean and classy. The size was decent for central london and the balcony was a nice addition.
Basic features of the room like a fan in bathroom for venting or fan in room for noise were not present. The room air was so dry we thought we were sick the whole time. Tv and internet were spotty at best. No night lights had to leave the bathroom light on.
Posizione eccellente vicina alla frimata Temple e alla fermata della Central. Comoda anche a piedi la sera per un giro a Covent Garden che è sempre deliziosa. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, letto comodo, stanza pulita e silenziosissima. Colazione eccellente, servita al tavolo e con angolo buffet molto curato. Camerieri attenti e gentilissimi, cappuccino super. Bagno della palestra profumatissimo e pulitissimo con piccoli asciugamani caldi al posto della carta e crema mani sia lì che nel bagno in camera. Il bagno della camera spaziosissimo con tanto posto e con enorme doccia e vasca da bagno. Tutto perfetto, tornerò sicuramente.
