A grand hotel but maintenance could be improved.
Cons:

There were plenty of mosquitoes in the closet and rooms.
Could be a health hazard though the Hotel had tried their best to mitigate the situation.

Pros:

Very spacious room, very large and comfortable bed, brilliant lake view from balcony, very lovely buffet breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, swimming pools excellent and open long hours. On-site café and restaurants excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel

Cons:

Make sure you have the Didi app installed as you need to get a taxi to go anywhere, but Didi prices very reasonable

Pros:

數個房間有發霉氣味，而且見到牆壁有發霉爛，第二揀及第一梀一層位置。
最終沒房換，要我們家庭聚會另一成員到其他酒店住宿，我訂了6個房，有一半不適合住宿，我家成員有一半返自加拿大，此次十分令人失望，並令我損失了半天的活動時間去辦理居住問題

我們這一家，有一半返自加拿大，專程回來團聚，共訂6個房，應該8個房。
分散入住第一及第二楝，住21樓層的(地下)，三個房都有嚴重發霉味。
被逼搬離酒店到外面找地方分開住，我們換房及等候，再搬走，浪費了寶貴的半天時間。

Love my room layout! The decor, high dome ceiling and chandeliers, walking closet, second tub with shower, the automatic toilet, the big round jacuzzi tub with the view, the soft light robes and the comfy slippers. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not up to par. Had to called multiple times to get some service. Wish the hotel have. Full service nice looking bar over looking the lake while enjoy the afternoon tea or cocktails, and a convenience store to buy some necessity like snacks, etc.

房間浴室洗手盤漏水、玻璃浴屏門不能全關、套房只有暖氣、每天早上十時多酒店職員便會不停拍門話要執房、打電話去前台通常都要打2、3次才會有人接聽

The hotel its self was great. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

It was shame the swimming pool outside was closed. Also we couldn’t get some of the sockets in our room working to charge things.
