Cons:

В ресторане еда просто ужасная, есть это невозможно. Паста с лобстером за 3к грн уровнем пастатеки. В остальном все хорошо. К отелю нет вопросов.

Сервис в отеле на высшем уровне, персонал молодцы. Внимание, забота и быстрое решение всех вопросов.
Постель в номере просто космос, хороший сон обеспечен. Очень качественная косметика в ванной le labo

Cons:

Отель откровенно устарел(
Были в новогоднюю ночь, отель работал на генераторе так что не будем особо с претензией про электричество и отопление. Сам номер подустал. Очень нехватает подогрева пола в ванной
Если отель пройдет легкий апгрейд , то думаю восстановит свой статус лучшего отеля в Киеве

Disappointing service
Pros:

Great view and location. Tasty food

Cons:

The TV is really old, doesn’t connect to the internet.
Stuff is just so lazy. We had to ask few times if we needed something.
Room service is not friendly, not even a hello or bon appétit. When I asked the final amount of the bill I received a response “I don’t know, maybe around 1500”, which is hilarious. Definitely, not 5 star service.
When we asked to keep us a parking spot which was prepaid they haven’t done it. No one helped with the bags at the check out as well.

Старый отель . Шумно . В номерах что выходят на трассу воняет выхлопными газами . Кровати скрепит ! Бассейн ледяной , грязный не ухоженный , спа не работают и сотрудники ищут какие-то не внятные оправдания ! Еду в ресторане готовят от 40 мин . Скудные завтраки !
И самое важное если вы решите пойти в казино при отеле , внимательно читайте условия посещения и какое соглашение вы подпишите с казино при этом отеле - а точнее там написано , что казино в праве передавать все ваши личные данные на их усмотрение Третьим лицам !
