Great staff, accommodating and welcoming. Only place we’ll stay in Kyiv!
Pros:

I’ve been here twice and both times, everyone has been so accommodating to requests. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel has amazing views and rooms are spacious and have lovely design.

Гарний готель, розміщення, персонал приємний.

Cons:

Кухня жахлива, дуже посередньо. Ціна не відповідає якості. Паста з крабом просто жах, їсти не можливо.

Cons:

Bombshelter doesnt have toilet you need to go to 2nd floor. Not so safe during attacks. And beds in shelter are really uncomfortable.

Pros:

Чудовий вид, смічні сніданки, чистота в номерах.

Cons:

Міні бар був пустий, а в ресторані головний по залу та над офіціантами набридав манерою поведінки та своїми діями. Складалося враження, ніби він намагається нам сказати "вам тут не місце".
