Більше гостинності і турботи про гостей !

Гарні номери, чисто , зручно .

Cons:

Не дуже уважний персонал, впринципі все що запитуєш всі надають ввічливі відповіді , але все треба випитувати, при заселенні не попереджали про те що паркінг платний , для такого рівня готелю, могли б вже зробити паркінг безкоштовним, але вже коли він платний зазвичай в готелях запитують при заселенні чи є авто , чи треба парковка і пропонують сплатити за паркінг, тут же ні при заселенні ні при виселенні нічого не запитали , доводилось цю інформацію витягувати з персоналу , який в них порядок виселення і заселення !!!!

Месторасположение отличное!

Cons:

Бассейн не работал и никто об этом не предупредил.
Персонал в баре это отдельный вид ужаса!!! В целом ощущение ,что отель в тяжелом кризисе и скоро закроется . Ресторан и бар полностью пустые в субботу. Средства по уходу в ванной комнате не соответствуют упаковке,то есть туда налили другие средства. Мини бар это кошмар,сникерсы и лубрикант с предоплатой 2000грн 👎🏼
