I stay in the City Premiere Hotel Appartments multiple times every year. The location is very convenient for me, closer to most of the venues I attend while in Dubai, especially closer to the Business Bay Metro station and the Dubai Mall. The employees are very welcoming. A lot of thanks to Imran (The Manager) with his always best care, makes my stay memorable. Thank you and keep it up
Our stay at the City Premier Hotel Apartment Business Bay was truly exceptional, and we were particularly impressed by the staff, who provided outstanding service and were incredibly respectful and helpful throughout our visit, from the reception area to the swimming pool and valet parking services. The hotel's convenient location, with the metro station within walking distance, and the availability of 24-hour local restaurants and a pharmacy, added to the overall convenience. Furthermore, the rooftop swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and well-maintained gym were easily accessible and added to the enjoyment of our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Dubai.
I’ve stayed here 3 times before and always had a pleasant experience. However this visit lacked customer service basic greetings, room was not thoroughly cleaned, missing water etc.

Stayed here for 11 nights. The heating system doesn't even work no point even trying. They don't give heaters if you are cold.
Booking shows tourism tax and the hotel take double the amount as the exchange rate they use is very very low.
Curtains are NOT actually black out curtains.
The biggest lir was that the room is sound proof. You can hear the trains going every few minutes, and you can hear the cars driving as well.. Also work was being done outside which could be heard all day.
The hotel have written the information wrong, probably to get extra money.
For a 4 star hotel the amenities are non existent. All you get is one bottle of water per day.
Once you have booked and paid, be prepared to be ignored. They don't answer the phone or emails. Expedia are unable to do anything about this.
Book this hotel at your own risk! Not expedias fault.
Spacious and staff were helpful
We stayed 6 nights here and love it. Location good, 6 mins on foot from metro station (on the red line which is the main metro route, the station is called "Business Bay" which is the next stop from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa). Two 24-hr supermarkets (SafestWay and West Zone) within one minute's walk. There is an eatery of quite good food nearby too.
Our room is one-bedroom with a spacious balcony from where we could see the Burj Khalifa. The dining and living areas and kitchenette are very spacious and comfy. There are 2 toilets, one has a bathtub. Also 2 TVs, one in the living area another in the bedroom. Other amenities include toiletries, slippers (but appears not that clean so we didn't use), hairdryer, safe, usual things that a kitchenette has, and washing machine etc.
There are imperfections however:
1) flushing is poor and weak. We used the toilet bowls carefully and tried to put used toilet tissue papers toit as less as possible, yet still blocked twice.
2) no towel and detergent for cleaning dishes
Buffet breakfast are delicious with variety. But it's quite cramped with tables fully packed. The restaurant offers dinner too.
There are swimming pool and gym room which look nice although we didn't try.
Room rate reasonable. Staff helpful and nice.
I walked alone back to the hotel and felt safe. Still many people on the street. I think safety is not much an issue in Dubai overall. The weather in January is wonderful, sunny, cool with wind, so cozy.
Overall highly recommended.
I asked for the change of my room to neighboring room on the same floor and the staff ( Kristynn ) said it is booked until jan4 2025. No one was there for my stay ( 30 dec-2nd jan ). Not returning back to this property in future.

I recently stayed at City Premiere Hotel Apartments - Dubai, and my experience was far from satisfactory. It’s shocking how such a well-rated hotel failed to handle a simple situation professionally. The customer service, especially toward loyal guests, was utterly horrendous.
Here’s what happened: I came for breakfast, thinking it was included in my booking. Upon checking my details, I realized that while breakfast wasn’t included, there was a discounted rate of 55 AED instead of 79 AED. When I showed the gentleman at reception the email confirmation, he outright dismissed it, claiming no such discount appeared in their system.
When I explained that I am part of Booking.com’s Genius program, which provides specific privileges like this discount, he responded rudely, saying my booking was through a third-party supplier which was hired by booking.come and not directly via Booking.com, so they couldn’t honor the discount. His tone and demeanor felt accusatory, as if I were trying to cheat the system, which was absolutely not the case.
Paying 79 AED wasn’t the issue here. What made this experience devastating was how the receptionist ignored my confirmation details and went into defense mode instead of resolving the matter professionally. I had already spent significantly on my two-night stay, and to be treated like this over breakfast was disheartening and insulting.
City Premiere, you need to train your staff to handle guest concerns better. Ignoring details and dismissing a guest’s valid query is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect and professional service.
This experience has left a bitter taste, and I sincerely hope you take steps to improve.
Very nice personel. Great services and the dining area. I like that's they provide transportation to the beach and the mall.
