旧市街の中に位置している、どの道も同じような感じなので少し遠くまで歩いたら帰りに迷いそうになり何とか戻ってこれました。グラブバイクを利用すれば市内ならどこでも行けるし便利です、設備的には古い建物、シャワーの水圧が弱かった。早朝のチェックアウトで空港までの車を予約できたのは良かったです

I checked into and out of this hotel in the same day, despite having booked for 5 days. Absolutely filthy, bathroom fixtures falling apart, one of the dirtiest places I've ever entered. I could not stay here, and I recommend you don't either.

Although semi-clean, the wood had rot with bugs and the bathroom smells once the water has ran. They offer no services advertised but the location is good.

The property located in Old quarter and quite convenient, I found. But cleanliness was an issue. Some pubic hairs on the bed under the blanket. Would be great if the receptionists welcomed with smiles.
No lift if you come with heavy luggages.
Apart from that, I like the property style, location and interested to stay there again, of course with backpacks.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly.
Room was large and breakfast was ok (pancakes and omelettes available).
Vote was clean but needs some maintenance.
Overall good for cost.

Nice little hotel

location was great, but it was very unclean and the bathroom was horrible. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel down the street.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our trips were arranged by Buddy inn, we can recommend. You can arrange to come and go visit Ha Long overnight on the boat, Sapa also and wonderful Ninh Binh. Superb location in the heart of the action and yet a peaceful haven of tranquility. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommendation this hostel.

The room is nice, clean and quiet. The staff Henry, Nick are so helpful to show me every things I need in Vietnam trip and book me a memorable tour in Halong Bay and Sapa. Thanks so much all team for treating me like family. I will stay here again next time.

Great location in the middle of everything and yet you can book the backyard rooms and it's absolutely quiet. The staff is great and very helpful. We booked a room with big terasse, after realizing it's to the street and bit noisy we could change without problem to the backyard rooms with small balcony/backyard (depend what floor you take). It was absolutely quiet from the street noise. The guys give you very good information on various trips (without trying to actually sell it) and you can also book it in the hotel. I compared some prices with what was being offered elsewhere and it was really good so we actually booked our Bai Tu Long Bay and 2 other trips directly in the hotel. Due to the trips we had to move our reservation back and forth which was also well done with. Wi-Fi was really great, if you are up for chilling, you can watch movies online the whole day and it holds. Breakfast really nice. We booked first just for two nights but spent in the our whole Vietnam trip ( apart of the nights on trips) here. Great value for money. Actually our favourite hotel on the Asia trip. Plus: cold beer to purchase for really reasonable price.

A wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. i have been here for 2 nights and enjoyed all times of great hospitality and service. Outstanding breakfast (banana pancakes) great location to explore the Old town of Hanoi. Fair price, comfy beds, clean rooms and good shower. Coffee, water.

房間尤其是浴室實在是太老舊了 但是櫃檯人員li li 小姐非常親切 很棒的員工 其他飯店工作人員也都很和氣有禮貌

시설은 낡았지만 열심히 관리하고 있내요 직원들도 찬절하고 영어도 잘합니다 3인방 저렴함 가격에 잘 지냈어요 아침조식은 주문식으로 메인 한개와 디져트 한개를 고를 수 있는 데 맛이 괜찮아요 다만 불편한 점은 엘리베이터가 없어서 첵크인 첵크아웃시는 도와 달라고 해야 되요 위치도 올드타운 한 복판이라 좋아요

Great location with food and fruit everywhere. Not super clean and bright but ok for price charged. Staff is super helpful and friendly, assist me with any thing. Feeling like stay at home with care and love arround.

Location was great,wifi is fast, the staff were really really helpful any information and many things. We booked a trip to Halong Bay and they had many price options. The breakfast was great, lots of choice on the menu and fresh fruit available. Cleaners our room daily to a high standard. We arrived early to Hanoi and were allowed to check in early at no extra cost.
