Hotel ligt vlak naast de uitvalsweg (prima) en toch geen geluidsoverlast. Ontbijt was prima. I.p.v. wafels hier een pancake automaat. Behulpzaam personeel.
Via de website krijg je indruk dat er een keuken is waar je ook een warme maaltijd kunt bereiden, maar dat kan niet. Is niet goed voorzien van pannen e.d..
Daarom andere kamer zonder keuken gevraagd en gekregen.
Toilet crooked door barely shut, main door beeped and didnt shut properly, fitness room 30 degrees and tiny, fully under renos smelled horrible in building
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
It was all pretty good and will be even better after the renovations are completed.
Location was fine but honestly not really close to anything.
The hotel manager tried to charge my card for the full stay 4 hours before I had even arrived to check in (which was stated on my reservation). At 2pm I was called and told that they would be canceling my reservation because they tried to charge my card and it declined. I called and told them I was 20 mins away and to wait. They tried to charge my card 3 more times before I go there. When I arrived they asked me for a second card. I asked them what the machine was saying, they said it just read declined. I asked to see the machine as my card requires a pin in order to be charged. They argued that they just wanted another card and that it was common practice (its not and honestly comes off as scammy). When they finally gave me the machine to process the payment it immediately went through.
The room was not clean by any standard. There were streaks of dirt on the bathroom door frame, dirt on the floor, the windowsill was full of dust, and the utensils in the kitchenette still had food on them. Bathroom had urine around the hinges on the toilet lid.
Breakfast was microwaved turkey meatballs, hash browns, and eggs. (Nothing cooked on location). Pancake machine was faulty and we had to wait for food as the other two people had emptied the dishes (they had regular size plates of food). We had also come down at 8am.
This is my second time staying and its not any better. Oh also they are doing repairs to the hallway walls and their outlets had no covers so watch your young ones.
Location was incredible, beautiful scenery and friendly service.
The staff were exceptionally approachable, friendly, and accommodating. They genuinely made an effort to ensure that guests had a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. While it was simple, it offered good protein options, and I appreciated that it was available until 10:00 AM. Since I was working night shifts during my stay, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to clean my room in the evening instead of the morning. That level of flexibility and attention to guests’ needs really stood out and made my stay much more comfortable.
The biggest issue was the frequent false fire alarms, which were very disruptive. There was also construction taking place above my room, and the noise made it difficult to get proper rest after working night shifts. I was also disappointed with the rewards program. I wasn’t aware that stays booked through third-party websites do not earn Wyndham Rewards points. It would be nice if guests could at least receive partial points since they are still staying at the property. Lastly, I found the laundry and dryer fees to be quite expensive.

They are currently painting and had mudded the walls.... understandable!

The tv needs some work . Had to get someone downstairs come to make it work each evening . Needs some work on that for sure .
