Dirty bathroom and floors were falling apart
Pros:

It was close to town

Cons:

It was so dirty! Our floors were coming apart, big gaps in the wood panel flooring. The bathroom was really dirty, toilet was disgusting. Floors were the worst very very gross

Very friendly staff.
It is very convenient that there is a kitchen in the room.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights, and on the second day and morning there was no hot water. My son couldn't take a shower after a hockey tournament (((
The cleaning needed a bit of work; there was food leftovers in the kitchen and no dish towel or sponge.
