Liked the access of the hotel to the airport
After we got home to the USA I happened to look at our American Express Card statement. We paid for our room twice according to the statement. I have called the front desk about this duplicate charge, but can’t get anyone to understand (I think it is mainly because of the language barrier) what happened. I would like to get our card refunded the amount of being charged twice.
If you can help please contact me through our email address or call 1-205-353-1781. $213.78 is a lot to pay for a room for one night, but being charged twice isn’t great

The shuttle system is hard to navigate and we had to wait about 40min for one to come. Make sure you have their correct phone number found in the airport booths.

I didn’t like the bathtub/ shower. The bathtub is very thin, the tub is 6 inches of the ground plus stepping over the side. The curtain was so long it took 1/3 of the already super narrow tub. I left the hotel just for the tv/shower being so awful and dangerous

El hotel es fantástico si necesitas descansar entre vuelos o viajar al día siguiente temprano, está conectado directamente con la terminal 1 del aeropuerto y en el aerotren llegas a la terminal 2 muy rápido y gratis.
Renovado recientemente, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, el restaurante y room service muy buenos.
Nos permitieron hacer un late check out por un costo extra muy razonable.
El costo es alto, pero en general los hoteles del aeropuerto de Ciudad de México son caros.
