Comfortable and well appointed but could do with a bit more attention to detail

Cons:

We arrived on a late night flight which got delayed, I had specifically asked to have the room ready with a baby crib so we could immediately go to bed. Turned out there was no crib and we had to wait another 20 minutes for that to arrive when we just wanted to lay our baby down to sleep after a long flight

Top transit choice
Pros:

Located inside Terminal 1 - we were in our room 30 minutes after landing.
Booking.com offered an upgrade at very little extra, it was well worth it.
The restaurant served a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
The courtesy bus is every 30 mins, providing efficient and courteous transfer to Terminal 2.
Highly recommended if you're transiting through Mexico City airport.

Cons:

Not well signed from the terminal - you have to take a lift from the parking area which is across the road from Arrivals.

Buena ubicación para dormir en el aeropuerto.

Cons:

El trato del servicio del hotel. Me obligaron a pagar de nuevo las habitaciones, cuando el pago ya lo habia realizado por booking. Fueron encima antipaticos y no me dieron soluciones ni ayudas. Por suerte, booking consiguió resolver el problema, pero el hotel no ayudo en nada.
