Already 3rd time here. Hotel went through renovation but no bog change imho. Fitness room is nice.
I do not like that breakfast are not included. They charge a lot of money for breakfast.
It’s an airport hotel, location was necessary.
Mexico is colourful and exciting, this hotel is the opposite. It’s grey and bland. So is the food in the restaurant and the staff I met seemed mostly disconnected and don’t want to be there.
Room, location, easy access to airport entrance.
Rudeness of front desk staff regarding complementary drink. I had been here several times in the past, there were always complementary drinks. This time one of them confronted me and demanded payment for a beer that I thought was complementary (as it was in the past) "you need to pay for that" she said. It's not the money, it's the way she approached me..
Good Location and Clean
Die Lage ist top.
Dort taucht man regelrecht in eine ruhige Welt am Rande des Airports ein.
Es lohnt sich überhaupt nicht, weiter weg etwas günstigere zu suchen, weil man das Geld immer in einen Transfer stecken muss.
Sind nachts auch mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle zu Terminal 2 gefahren worse. Alles lief bestens!
Volle Empfehlung.
Btw: sehr viele Crews verschiedenster Airlines steigen dort ab.

The location close to terminals
La comida llego rapidísimo a la habitación y estuvo riquísima. Al otro día tomarse un café en el área central fue muy ameno.
Great location, comfy beds, lovely restaurant / bar. Everywhere had a nice relaxed feel.

This place was a refreshing last night's stay before we came back to the United States. The room was cool - the air was clean - it was like an oasis after Mexico City. The food was adequate for dinner, but great breakfast. A nice surprise was that we just walked on an overpass to the airport the next morning.
