The staff seemed to careless about the fact that I was told inaccurate information about the room. I

Close to the places we needed to go

Cons:

The lack of compassion the staff showed for the customers who were having a bad experience. They don’t seem too informed about the hotel or policies. They did absolutely NOTHING to fix the issue at hand. I requested to speak to a manager NEVER was I contacted by 1.

Short visit that lacked any service in picking up laundry or trash
Pros:

Good location and a nice facility but in the 4 nights there our room was never cleaned or serviced. They did provide extra bedding for cold room

Cons:

The air conditioning fan was blowing constantly so it was cold even though the heater was going

Stephen at the Bistro spoiled me! Not only was the check-in at the front desk smooth and
Amazing… But the food selection offered several tasty choices… I decided on the chicken bacon quesadilla which was perfect! Steven came out quickly to ask me if I could use anything else and I told him I loved the salsa so he brought me a generous serving of salsa to go along with my quesadilla…

You can tell that he’s been doing his job for a while since he knows how to spoil his guests!!

Very pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Very kind staff, big rooms and big bathrooms which were nicely decorated, lots of amenities, pool was great and hot tub was great. I would definitely come again.

Cons:

The only things I didn’t like were that the bar/restaurant had very specific hours. I also thought that the pull out mattress was very dirty so I ended up not using it.

We had a wonderful stay and this will be our place to stay when we visit again!!
Pros:

It wasn’t far from Lincoln University and it was also close to Walmart and other stores we needed to stop by! The staff was so helpful and friendly! It was clean and cozy!

Overall nice place to stay
Pros:

Room was tastefully designed and quite comfortable. The bed was a great sleeping bed.

Cons:

Wall paper was damaged [water?] In a couple of places that made the overall look less appealing.

Adequate. Stayed there because it was the only place within a decent distance from the wedding I was attending. within

Cons:

Shabby, no body lotion, TV on an angle that was hard to watch, everything was dated & old. Price was way too high for what was offered.
