The room was filthy. Big, black stains on the dirty carpet. Sofa was a broken down piece of crap. Candy wrappers and trash on the floor including small plastic bag with remnants of a white powder. Keys stopped working on two floors and people were locked out of their rooms for an hour. The desk attendance didn't know how to fix the keys and eventually a guest called the police.

Pros:

Please avoid this accomodation, it was no doubt state of the art when built in 2012 but sadly has not been updated since then, the price was right for five days, but you get what you pay for. My wife and I were on the second floor and my sister on the third floor. Similar room disaster.
1. carpet appears to never have been vacuumed or rug shampooed - brown stains.
2. never saw a housekeeper come until end of stay only because I had to call and she never replaced bed sheets, I had to go to front desk twice for towels , coffee replacement discs and toilet tissue, the two tiny trash cans over flowed twice .
3. black mold so severve that I had to go to Wegmans grocery and buy Tilex Bleach spray to clear it up in the shower.
4. The tv worked well as did the AC, but suddenly in middle of night a fixture cover fell to floor and woke us up. Turned out to be white plastic cover of a hole in wall never patched correctly, Wall paper peeling everywhere.
5. would have been lovely window view of trees except hard to see through dirty windows not cleaned in years.
6. we used the treadmill in the fitness room and it was ok, I was hesitant to use the spa or pool since the room condition might reflect cleanliness to that water.
7. you might note that the Hotel charges you more on your estimated bill until check out to cover any possible incidentals (bar and food) , I do not drink and food menu was expensive. I did notice the final room stay invoice was correct.
I am a Hilton member and even in my worst stay there , it was never as gruesome as this Marriott stay.

The staff seemed to careless about the fact that I was told inaccurate information about the room. I

Cons:

The lack of compassion the staff showed for the customers who were having a bad experience. They don’t seem too informed about the hotel or policies. They did absolutely NOTHING to fix the issue at hand. I requested to speak to a manager NEVER was I contacted by 1.

Short visit that lacked any service in picking up laundry or trash
Pros:

Good location and a nice facility but in the 4 nights there our room was never cleaned or serviced. They did provide extra bedding for cold room

Cons:

The air conditioning fan was blowing constantly so it was cold even though the heater was going

Stephen at the Bistro spoiled me! Not only was the check-in at the front desk smooth and
Amazing… But the food selection offered several tasty choices… I decided on the chicken bacon quesadilla which was perfect! Steven came out quickly to ask me if I could use anything else and I told him I loved the salsa so he brought me a generous serving of salsa to go along with my quesadilla…

You can tell that he’s been doing his job for a while since he knows how to spoil his guests!!

Very pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Very kind staff, big rooms and big bathrooms which were nicely decorated, lots of amenities, pool was great and hot tub was great. I would definitely come again.

Cons:

The only things I didn’t like were that the bar/restaurant had very specific hours. I also thought that the pull out mattress was very dirty so I ended up not using it.
