الفندق سيئ التعامل وانا معي بنت معاقه اتيت للعلاج وحجزت سويت مكيف والصدمه ان الفندق تعمد اطفاء التكييف والصدمه ان لوبي الفندق شغال التكييف فيه والله ثم والله ان انا وبنتي وزوجتي يوم كامل تحت باللوبي ولا لقينا منهم غير سو التعامل وفي اليوم التالي تغير الشفت وغيرو السويت الى سويت مكيف


المصيبه ان ليله كامله راحت فلوسي اطالب بوكينج برجاع ليله من الحساب

It was a hotel and that is what we got.
Pros:

We liked the size of the rooms and the bathrooms were nice. We were close to the altstadt and haubtbahnhof, which was the reason for choosing this hotel.

Cons:

One Room had barely functioning AC and we had difficulty sleeping with no fans or airflow to move the air in the room. The refrigerator cabinet did not allow airflow for the overheating refrigerator. Location for the hotel is across from the train station (what we wanted), but on the next corner down is an erotic bar - not ideal for my young daughter to see.

Pros:

Duży pokój, czysty, wyposażenie nowe.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, hotel zgodnie z opisem powinien mieć klimatyzację a był tylko nadmuch ciepłego powietrza, w pokoju 40 stopni Celsjusza.
Po dłuższej dyskusji zmieniono mi pokój na dwukrotnie mniejszy i nadal bez klimayzacji ale przynajmniej można było otworzyć okno.
Hotel nie posiada klimatyzacji mimo że w ofercie na Booking jest a cena jest o wiele wyższa od podobnych hoteli.

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

In den Ecken wurde nicht geputzt. Klimaanlage funktioniert überhaupt nicht, gefühlt 45 Grad im Zimmer (waren draußen ca. 40 Grad und im Zimmer war es nicht wesentlich kälter). Bei geöffnetem Fenster war mit der Hauptstraße überhaupt nicht an Schlaf zu denken.

Ich hatte das Hotel (eines der teuren Hotels in Kassel) aufgrund der gegenwärtigen Hitzewelle wegen der Hotelangabe "Klimaanlage" gebucht. Die Klimaanlage des Hotels funktioniert jedoch nicht. Auf Anfrage an der Rezeption bot man mir an, einen Lüfter ins Zimmer zu stellen. Nachdem ich vom Essen zurück kam, fand ich einen Heizer im Zimmer vor, der nicht als Ventilator zu gebrauchen war. Ich hätte das Zimmer damit noch weiter aufheizen können.
Ich hatte zudem um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Obwohl das Hotel nur dürftig ausgelastet war, fand ich mich in einem Zimmer zur Straße (stark befahren) wieder - man konnte somit nachts nicht mal das Fenster öffnen.
Eine unangenehmere Nacht wie die folgende habe ich selten verbracht.
