Fine, but better to communicate each detail before
Pros:

Check-In was quite easy as detailed instructions were provided. Room was clean and well prepared. Baby crib was probvided. Breakfast was standard and fine.

Cons:

Just few minutes before check-out there was work in the hotel corridor. Seems stairs or walls were painted and we had to breath this for few minutes. Luckily we were about to leave but if that would happen on day of arrive, we had to change hotel because we were with infant. I think such details should have been communicated earlier and ask if we would accept it.

Pros:

Las instalaciones eran muy limpios. Un lugar tranquilo i agradable. La posición estaba cerca de la estación del autobús y tranvía. El desayuno tipo bufet estaba muy rico. Lo recomiendo por la calidad precio.

Cons:

Las instalaciones del baño eran bastante viejas i necesitaban varios arreglos.

No one is there to communicate regarding stay or service.
Pros:

Cons:

No drinking water available, not accessible to the kitchen or cafeteria neither vending machines available where we can buy drinking water. Never saw any receptionist at the front
