Too many tiny little things like termites eggs dropping from the ceiling and in the bathroom doors. Shower water pressure is not working properly
You have to pay for hot water (60 pesos). Clean but kind of scary. The van to the airport costs 500pesos regardless of the number of people. You have to walk down ant out to get local transportation (Rella or motor with side car)
First day there was no water pressure, 2nd day No water at all,
Hope they correct the water problem.
The staff is a great asset of this hotel especially Arnel and Greta. They have exceeded our expectations in every level.
My only recommendation is to increase the water pressure...it's just too slow otherwise great place to stay. Thank you to everyone at D' Lucky Garden Inn for making our Puerto Princesa stay a pleasant one. Will certainty recommended 😊
Nice staff
Very helpful
Clean room
Good locatio
Stayed before flying out. Very close to the airport. Not a lot around but has their own restaurant and we had almost a full day so we walked in to town 30 min.
Otherwise good location before departing or if arriving late.
Good food and good service
Todo excelente muy bien calidad precio
It's a new place so everything is clean.
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a night before going back to Cebu from El Nido. This is a place to stay for a relaxing night. The ambiance is quiet. Their garden is small but beautiful.
We ordered dinner. The price is just right. The food selection is not much but what they have in the menu is fine. Deliciously cooked.
The hotel staff are courteous, and helpful.
Would highly recommend this place.
The hotel is accessible to lots of establishment considering near the airport. Staff are friendly and courteous specially their front desk employee. I have some comment that needs improvements: hotel needs generator for brown out, efficient food serving (they are slow)
Great little spot. 3 minute or 8 minute walk to the airport. Very nice and quiet location and the staff were very professional.
Enjoyed the stay very much with only one negative to mention. The WiFi was only available in the lobby with limited range in the restaurant.
Staff was very nice. Great place for a night of you need to rest before a morning flight.
Very comfortable and relax.
Looking for a cheap hotel, this may be it. That's simply all you get. Rooms are not nice and the showers does not work properly. Staff is ok.
the place was good enough - comfortable but the room is too small. the room should be cleaned everyday even without being asked. the towels should also be changed everyday. some of the staff were accommodating and friendly. the food servers need further training. receipts should always be issued as a matter of obligation and do not wait to be asked. i myself was not able to get my receipt from may 6-12, 2012 despite my text and e-mail later.
Pleasant place, gets the job done on the cheap...just keep your expectations low...along with the water pressure. Staff were pretty pleasant. AC worked much better than expected. This isn't the prettiest or newest or most modern of places, but if it were you'd be paying 2-3 times as much. So hey, beggars can't be choosers. Other notes: hotel diner is ok, nice mango smoothies, their food is also decent quality for the price, small menu, nice mango smoothies, sandwiches were pretty decent. Take tricycles from the main road a block away, not from directly out front.
They have thin walls, very noisy.I think they need to replace their walls also because they have cracks all over. And during our stay, couple nights there were noises coming from the ceiling,I thought they are probably mice running around.Nice receptionists though.
If you're on a budget, this isn't a bad hotel. Although the hotel is somewhat run down, with old furniture and appliances in the rooms, it's nevertheless fairly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's in a good location (close enough for a quick trip into town, but far enough away from the main road for relative peace and quiet). The beds are reasonably comfortable, the air conditioning works (though it cools slowly), and there are actually some nice common areas, not to mention a half-decent restaurant on-site. Getting into town from here is easy, as there are always tricycles at the entrance waiting for fares (p40-p50, depending on how far you want to go). As long as you're not expecting a resort-like experience, this hotel isn't a bad choice if you're on a budget.
more accomodating than average.
