Na primeira noite , houve algum barulho nos outros apartamentos, mas após ter falado com o responsável na recepção o assunto foi rapidamente resolvido

Hotel com muito barulho, de manhã o nosso carro que estava estacionado em frente ao hotel , estava cheio de papel higiénico que alguns miúdos que estavam lá de férias atiraram pela janela …. Mt barulho fora de horas , nós tínhamos crianças e ficaram assustadas.
Muitos gritos , muito barulho , dececionante.

Había cucarachas. Alquilamos dos apartamentos para una noche y en ambos vimos cucarachas vivas bastante grandes. Eran en un tercer piso. Además había hormigas en la cama. Está claro que tienen que fumigar todo el recinto. No es normal

This morning at 9am the housekeeper let himself in the flat while we were still in bed. He did not announce himself but proceeded to help himself to 50 euro we had on the kitchen table. Never in my life has housekeeping let themselves in to an apartment unannounced, before check out time, and let alone grabbed the 50 euro lying on the table in the process. The only reason we knew he was there is my friend walked out the room and saw him. We confronted him when leaving and he would not look us in the eyes. We really would have given this place a decent review because it is adequate and has an old world charm. The other thing to mention if the shower was clogged up and would flood the bathroom.

A fuir, tout sale des poils partout dans le lit des draps sale le matelas degueulasse, la sale de bain horriblement sale à fuir, à côté des fetard toute la nuit qui font du bruit surtout quand vous avez des enfants c’est horrible vous êtes coller au boite de nuit que des fetards fuyez

Aufgrund von einer fehlerhaften Lageanzeige konnte ich nicht einchecken. Am nächsten Tag wurde storniert und ich bekam lediglich 6€ zurückerstattet. Auf keinen Fall hier buchen.

没有Wi-Fi ，设施需要改进

O apartamento estava sujo, não tinham copos, talheres, canecas e outros acessórios de cozinha e o varão na casa de banho estava suspenso de uns furos feitos na parede que nem foram rebocados , além de canalização verter água plo ralo.
Entrou água dentro do apartamento através das tubagens da eletricidade , havia de certeza risco de curto circuito , inundou os quartos, a sala e encharcou a cama onde estava a dormir.
A suposta recepção estava 90% do tempo fechada e os números que indicam como contactos não atenderam.

This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy — there were cigarette burns on the bedsheets, black mould all over the walls, and even blood-stained sheets. The doors didn’t lock properly, there was no Wi-Fi, and the whole place was covered in dirt and dust.

To make things worse, the staff were completely rude and unhelpful, ignoring messages and refusing to sort out any of the issues. It was honestly disgusting and unsafe. This place should not even be listed on Booking.com.
