Pros:

Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war abwechslungsreich und immer für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Der SPA Bereich sehr schön, die genossene Massage sehr angenehm. Aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption, bemühtes Personal im Restaurant. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht meinen Ansprüchen gerecht.

Zimmer war grundsätzlich OK und sauber.
Therme Zalakaros war auch ok.

Cons:

Essen und Service ( ganzen Abend ohne Getränk)ungenügend. Zum Teil leider nicht essbar. Wellnessbereich nicht hygienisch. Überall riechts nach Chlor/Schimmelspay...
Fernseher hat max. 1 deutschen Sender und Whirlwanne hatte auch ihre Macken. Am 1. Tag brauchte es 20 Min. zum Einschalten, am 2. Tag funktionierte sie gar nicht mehr...

A wellnes részleg szuper.
A reggeli és a vacsora is finom,választékos.
A recepciós Úriember különösen kedves,segítőkész,mosolygós.

Cons:

A szobában a minibárban/kis hűtőben/ nincs bekészítve még víz sem.
A mellékhelyiségekben nem volt WC papír.
