Great hotel with excellent staff, very friendly, great facilities, used the gym, spa and padel. Local restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Room we had overlooked the pool and had a separate living room/bedroom/kitchen and bathroom which we felt was the best accomodation we have had from our many stays in lanzarote .I felt the food was not a 4 star standard ,chicken wings and drumsticks mainly only once chicken breast.A lot of pork and fish and a distinct lack of labelling of the food.

Die Suite war groß, was uns gut gefallen hat.Das Badezimmmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche,aber die Bodenfliesen in der Dusche waren sehr glatt. An den Amaturen waren dicke Kalkablagerungen ,am Duschkopf grosse Rostablagerungen. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen.Das Personal in der ganzen Anlage war echt super und zuvorkommend. Der Check- in war klasse , wir konnten unser Zimmer nach einer halben Stunde beziehen. Die Auswahl von den Speisen war gut.(All in) Abgesehen von den kleinen Mängel würden wir diese Anlage nochmal buchen

Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh.
Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat.
The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough.
To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Throughout the day there was only a pool bar with plastic glasses and no lunch menu. With the hotel been far out from anywhere you would think they did a lunch menu. We were

Very good selection of food, rotating menu. The food was so tasty! Hard working kitchen staff. The apartment was nice. Gym facilities are OK. A bit old but unlimited access. We were all inclusive. Good WiFi. Reception Staff excellent. Really helpful and kind. There are 3 swimming pools outside and one of them is heated which was nice. Lots of beds outside to use and entertainment each night for those interested.
The spa section, which belongs to the leisure centre but you get vouchers to use it, is a bit rundown. And it was cold in jacuzzi. The saunas were OK. Overall great stay.

Staff molto preparato e gentile, colazione a buffet buona qualità, camera molto spaziosa e tranquilla, manutenzione da rivedere per alcuni dettagli, cosi cone per la spa (gentilmente offerta dalka struttura)

Zu aller erst ein großes Lob an das sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal. Zum Essen gab es eine schöne, gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber. Bis auf die ein oder anderen rücksichtslosen Zimmernachbarn, denen das angemessene Verhalten in einem Hotel nicht geläufig war, ist auch die Anlage ruhig und angenehm. Lage Top. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Mobiliar der Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und beim Buffet waren leider vereinzelte Teller nicht ganz sauber gespült. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

apartment was lovely,with great facilities,my only complaint would have been the omission of coffee making facilities ans the occasionzl lzpse from the housekeeping staff,ie.no towels replaced and same for shower gel.the food at vitalclass varied between average and excellent,i could usually find something nice to eat,even at the times when i found the selection of food on offer not the best.most of the staff who work in the dining room could do with a change of attitude i feel,most looked as though they were very unhappy to be there(not all)and didn't try very hard to hide this.the entertainment laid on of an evening is very much aimed at those who talk french,when i asked why this was,was told that most of the rooms are occupied by the french,so maybe euros spent from the uk aren't worth as much? a special mention to 2 of the staff here who make the difference here,miguel and anna who both work at the bar,frindly,nice and very hard working.i found most of the staff at the desk to be very helpful too.but the barstaff are a credit to the whole place.after all is said and done,i would definately stay here again.

Bel resort con sistemazione in appartamenti molto grandi, belle piscine, colazione e cena di buona qualità e scelta. Unica pecca la pulizia non ottimale e la biancheria da bagno molto vecchia e rovinata. Posizione strategica per visitare la meravigliosa Lanzarote.

Every meal we had had cold food on the buffet, pick a selection of items and you will be sure to leave something as it will be too cold to eat. First night I called a member of staff to tell him the Croquets were frozen in the middle, he apologised and quickly sorted .
However when informing the chef that the hot dogs were served cold he got very aggressive and told us we should have some respect and go away, I complained to the restaurant manager and she brought him to our table and said it was a language problem as he did not speak English, an absurd excuse .
I will never go back there, the majority of staff were brilliant but if anyone of them can speak to a customer like that and get away with it then they do not deserve my custom or anyone else's,
The reason we told him that the hot dog sausages were cold is that they looked and felt that they had just been taken out the packet and placed in a bap, served like this they can cause Listeria, Ecoli, and Salmonella, I was only trying to help them and got served with a volley of abuse which spoiled our last couple of days .

Hotel familiar. Las cenas mejor que las comidas. Desayuno, para nuestro gusto, perfecto. En el spa se va por libre, no nos dieron ninguna recomendación de circuito. Las tres piscinas exteriores las usaban los niños y no había espacio para los adultos poder darse un baño relajado. Las tumbonas desde la mañana están reservadas todo el día, aunque las usen un par de horas, entendemos que eso es la mala educación de los huespedes que han coincidido con nosotras, optamos por pasar todos los días fuera del hotel, fuimos con todo incluido y no lo pudimos disfrutar. Los animadores Veronica y Ozan geniales, muy simpáticos. Punto a favor, la suite, amplia y muy cómoda.

Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.
