Tutto perfetto, dai servizi che offre l’hotel ai pasti.
Colazione ottima, merenda idem, le cene una migliore dell’altra..sembrava di essere in un ristorante stellato.
Personale super cortese, da Ada al bar,Daniela in sala ristorante e Melissa alla reception assolutamente il top. Sempre tutte con un sorriso in ogni ora del giorno. I Titolari persone fantastiche. Sarà sicuramente un arrivederci..

Meravigliosa esperienza in famiglia
Pros:

La struttura si trova in posizione ottima rispetto al centro della città e vicinissima ad Andalo Life, ha un ampio e comodo parcheggio gratuito. La colazione è un momento molto piacevole, con ottima possibilità di scelta tra salato e dolce, oltre alle fantastiche omelette e crepes fatte a richiesta insieme a centrifughe e spremute freschissime. Il tutto reso ancora migliore dall'attento servizio offerto dal personale che insieme ai titolari sono sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ottima struttura per i bambini con tanti giochi sia all'interno che all'esterno e tante attività da fare insieme all'animazione. Piacevole la piscina interna e la spa, dove potersi rilassare dopo le escursioni. Deliziosa la cena sia per la varietà del menù offerto che per la qualità del cibo; insieme ad uno sfizioso buffet iniziale, ogni sera lo chef ci deliziava con piatti unici. Se dovessi tornare ad Andalo lo sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo.

Personale molto gentile e accogliente; hotel ben curato e pulitissimo. Colazione, merenda e cena eccellenti e con grande varietà. Piscina riscaldata adatta ai bambini; spa grande e rilassante. Spazio esterno immerso nel verde ricco di giochi per bambini tipici della montagna.
