Shower head needs to be changed the water went everywhere and the mattress the springs was digging in to me I had to bad night sleep

The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside the property, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was decent, offering good space and great value for money. It included a large table with seating, a fan, an iron and ironing board, and even a fridge. We also appreciated the calm and quiet environment. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
The room could use some updating. The curtains felt quite old, and there was some mould in the shower cubicle, which wasn’t very pleasant. The shower gel and hand wash dispensers were a bit dirty, and there were stains on the bathroom walls, which didn’t feel very hygienic. The bathroom lighting could also be improved. There wasn’t a power socket near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. The room does have a TV, but it isn’t a smart TV, so it’s worth bringing a Fire Stick if you have one.
The water pressure was also quite low, and the shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, as it was either ice cold or boiling hot. This definitely needs improvement.
