We had a great experience.
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We were especially impressed by the SPA area. It is large, very nice, and extremely relaxing — the perfect place to relax your body, mind, and soul after a whole day of skiing.

The shuttle service to and from the ski slope is great, so you don’t have to worry about parking and can easily enjoy an après-ski party after whole day of skiing without any worries, knowing you don’t have to drive because the hotel takes care of everything.

The location is excellent — close to the town, which you can reach on foot, and very close to the ski slopes.

Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Fantastic staff! Really delicious food!
They even catered some of the food we wanted. Carbonara is soooooo good, and not on the menu!

Ein tolles Hotel, in das ich gerne wiederkomme!
Pros:

Vom Einchecken an alles wunderbar, das Personal war superfreundlich, mein Zimmer komplett mit Zirbenholz eingerichtet, war top gepflegt und piccobello sauber. Letzteres ist mir immer besonders wichtig. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und köstlich. Der Wellnessbereich im Penthouse ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Pool war etwas unterdimensioniert für die Menge an Gästen, die sich um und in ihm aufhielten. Aber um für einen Triathlon zu trainieren, weicht man einfach auf die nahegelegene Therme aus.

Pros:

Un hotel moderno che mantiene lo stile montano. A pochi passi dal centro di Brunico ( consiglio di andarci a piedi lungo la ciclabile che costeggia il fiume). La prima colazione super, con prodotti tipici e di qualità. Da provare la spa con piscina e saune. Anche il giardino merita un applauso 👏 , molto curato e pieni di fiori ( noi ci siamo andati a luglio) .

Very good hotel
Pros:

We loved the food, it’s high quality and versatile, aperitivo evening was also a nice experience organized by the hotel.
Spa area is clean, very pleasant and relaxing.
Shuttle service to ski lifts is quite convenient. Hotel in general is well equipped, rooms are nicely decorated with high quality wooden furniture.

Cons:

There are no sleepers in rooms.
Some guests did not respect sauna etiquette (came dressed, talked loudly and brought children in sauna area)
In our room, there was no privacy in bathroom (bathroom was open style, incl. shower area)
It would be great if the hotel offered massage and other body treatments.
