Location is quiet but near everything Trastevere
Pros:

Excellent helpful staff, good breakfast and coffee. Very clean and comfortable.

It is the staff and service, as well as the location, which really makes this place memorable.
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel. It is comfortable and the staff are lovely. It is situated in a quiet area of Travestere, away from the evening crowd, which we liked. The breakfast is simple but served with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. They are very happy to make bookings for you, call for a taxi, etc.

Cons:

Although we love this hotel, and overall it is comfortable, it has to be said that it needs an update; furnishings are looking a bit tired and worn and the bathrooms are a bit cramped.

Pros:

Bra läge i kvarteret Trastevere. Nära till härliga restauranger. Bra förbindelse med Tram till Piazza Venezia och Trastevere stazione. Mycket trevlig personal. Kvartershotell i gamla byggnader, rent och snyggt på rummet.

It worked out fine and the room was cozy, safe and quiet.
Pros:

Charming basic hotel. Our room was very old and at first we were not happy but it served the purpose for our stay.

Cons:

I guess it was one of the older rooms. This hotel is in Trastevere and is close to all that is happening there. Very nice and helpful staff.

Konumu çok güzel. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Herkes yardımcı olmak için çabalıyor. Valizlerimizi hem check-in öncesi hem check-out sonrası otele bıraktık. Bu çok hoşumuza gitti. Konumu çok merkezi, özellikle gece dönerken tüm sokaklar çok canlıydı.

Molt bona ubicació si vols viure l’essència del Trastevere. El personal és molt atent i amable.

המיקום הנפלא, ארוחת הבוקר טובה, פקידת קבלה מקצועית ויעילה שהחליפה לי חדר.

תיאמתי עם המלון הגעה ביום ראשון בשעה 17:00. את פניי קיבלה פקידה שאינה דוברת אנגלית. החדר שקיבלתי לא תאם את החדר שהזמנתי והיה שונה מהחדר בתמונה. אני רוצה לציין שיש לי ניסיון עשיר עם בוקינג ובכל הזמנה שעשיתי קיבלתי בדיוק את החדר שהזמנתי ונראה בצילום. במידה והחדר לא הלם את ציפיותיי, ביטלתי את ההזמנה והזמנתי חדר במקום אחר. ירדתי לקבלה הפקידה תקשרה איתי דרך גוגל טרנסלייט ואמרה שאין חדר פנוי. התקשרתי לבוקינג, בוקינג התקשרו לפקידה, אבל גם הם הבינו שהיא לא דוברת אנגלית ולכן בוקינג אמסטרדם התקשרו לבוקינג איטליה שידברו איתה. התקשורת התנהלה בטלפון שבור וזה היה מתסכל מאוד. בשלב מסוים היא אמרה לי שאני חופשיה לעזוב ובוקינג תחזיר לי את הכסף. לחפש מלון חדש בטרסטוורה ביום ראשון בערב בחודש מאי שבו טרסטוורה מפוצצת בתיירים - מסובך מדי. העדפתי להישאר בחדר שקיבלתי, חדר קטנטן עם מיטה ענקית בתוך מעין ארון, חלון אוורור קטן וגבוה וזרם מים חלש במקלחת. למחרת הלכתי לטייל וכשחזרתי מסתבר שהדלת נתקעה - אי אפשר לפתוח אותה. למרבה המזל בקבלה הייתה קרולינה, דוברת אנגלית. בניגוד גמור לעובדת הקבלה בערב, קרולינה הבינה לגמרי את מצבי ונתנה לי חדר יפה ומרווח בבית דירות שנמצא במרחק שתי דקות מהמלון. אבל כדי לשווק את החדר שלא שהיתי בו מחדש, הם כתבו שלא הגעתי למלון.
