Waste of money, ignorant staff and unpleasant stay

Unpleasant, waste of money and worst possible hotel

This hotel is run by people who barely care and the owner might not be in touch with the day to day activities . I have stayed here twice and the experience wad really bad. Room service is non existential, buffet offer is scam - they just throw the cold stuff and barely care what customers want. I asked for soft toasted bread and had to wait an hour to get it and to only get a burnt one. If you wish to do in room dining , that’s not possible as the kitchen would straight up say they will not serve. You cannot get food from outside and many times their lift is not working. Room had no towels and no cleaning done. Shower was just giving hot water that too boiling one. If you call front desk, they barely care. The ignorant attitude of the staff is what was so shocking yo me and the price range is just not acceptable. Trust me you will find cheaper options in that very area.

I will rate it minus 100. And just imagine how unpleasant the stay would have been that i have written such a big review.


Also - just book marasa sarovar portico that is right next to it diagonally. Might be little bit costlier but worth the money. This is a big scam.

I have already paid in advance still they asked for 4000/- while checkout
Cons:

I booked this for my guest and I have paid it in advance still they have asked for the payment while my guest was check out. They even didn’t picked up the call as my guest left the property at night and my guest has told them to talk to me on call and they denied

Nothing except decent location.

Cons:

The hotel requires complete renovation, the hotel and rooms are in terrible condition.
The price/night being requested is way too high compared to the standard they provide.

Overall good place for couple of nights
Pros:

Comfy place for couple of nights. All over good 👍.

Cons:

Just we went to have lunch in their restaurant and the food preparation was super slow, like it took 1hour to get the food on the table after we ordered. Mostly due to lack of kitchen staff and/or new staff maybe. Yeah, but even if our order got delayed, food was pretty good I could say that.
