Will not stay there again after knowing what we know and the facilities saying hot tub is working when it wasnt and the

The rooms were clean and the work crew was very nice

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool wasn’t clean and there was an incident that happened when we were getting to our room on Friday evening kinda scary cops involved also then to hear that the cameras don’t work or don’t record if something happens that’s not a good thing allowing random people to use the restroom in the building while they are not even staying there is not safe u never know what they are up to

Overall, the excellent service from the staff made a positive impression
Pros:

I usually stay at IHG hotels, but they were fully booked, so I stayed at the Comfort Inn next door instead. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the shower wasn’t working very well, so it could use some maintenance.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location, the staff was super friendly. Very clean room. A lil outdated maybe, but still clean. Comfortable bed. For the money was great.

Slow motion staff
Cons:

Rooms need cleaning daily and needs more staff at front desk and in cleaning rooms. Everyone works slow motion at this location.

Will NEVER stay here again.

Cons:

The bed was damn and smelled like urine. Just disgusting. Either they didnt change the bedding or they put new sheets on while it was wet and tried to cover it up hoping no one would notice. Not good water pressure in shower, facets are broken and protruding from the wall. Not to mention we were originally given a room that either wasnt cleaned or someone was still in the room.

Staff was pleasant but the cleaning and landscaping maintenance needs much improvement.
Pros:

Was able to check in a few minutes early. Property was quiet, breakfast was kept stocked and ready.

Cons:

Dead bird on property by pool parking lot. Trees need to be cut and off the windows. The branches were scratching the window the entire night keeping us awake all night long. Cleaning on couch and sofa is needed, there was trash and crumbs. Bedding smelled used and not washed.

Nice hotel!
Pros:

Spacious room with a desk for business travelers, always a plus!

Cons:

There were a couple of stains on the carpet that looked like they'd be easy to clean. The housekeepers probably don't clean carpets but need to let staff know so they can get it cleaned. Great spacious room otherwise!
