This hotel is very nice, I like it and I’ll back to it once I go Shenzhen, no hotel in Shenzhen can be like this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Shenzhen and visiting Window of the World. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of dishes, including some options for vegetarians. The staff were helpful and assisted us whenever we needed something during our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we did not feel entirely comfortable during our stay. One aspect we found inconvenient was access to the gym and pool. We had expected to be able to use these facilities freely, but instead we had to visit the front desk each time we wanted access, which became quite frustrating.

We also understand that this is a five-star hotel and that certain services come at a premium. However, some prices seemed difficult to justify. For example, a transfer from the hotel to Shenzhen Railway Station costs around 90 RMB via Didi, even when choosing one of the most expensive vehicle options. The hotel, on the other hand, quoted approximately 500 RMB for the same journey, which felt excessive and unreasonable.

Another issue concerned room service. We were unable to place orders through the hotel's app and therefore had to go down to the lobby to order food. When we informed the staff that the app was not working, we were initially told that it was functioning correctly. We then had to demonstrate the problem ourselves. After mentioning that we had already experienced the same issue the previous day, we were told that the system had been working yesterday and that our claim was incorrect. It is entirely possible that this issue only affected our account or device, but the interaction left us feeling that our concerns were not being taken seriously.

Super séjour !
Pros:

L’hôtel est en face d’un shopping center, y’a un parc d’attraction pour les enfants: Happy Valley à 5 min, un convenient store de l’autre côté de la rue.
La salle de sport est vraiment grande et plutôt complète. La piscine est vraiment grande.
On a eu une superbe chambre vu sur Window of the World.
Le personnel de chambre était super sympa. Comme on avait beaucoup de bouteilles d’eau vides dans nos poubelles. Le 3e jours ils nous ont laissé le carton d’eau haha 🙏🏼😇

Cons:

À chaque fois, il fallait passer par l’accueil wellness pour ouvrir la salle de sport.
