The Room was very clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed the bathtub and the quietness of the corridors.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited considering the 5 star rating. coffee was cold and general behaviour of other guests wasnt too good. Hotel could do more to support this: children touching all of the pastries and putting them back, people filling their plates with everything in one bowl and leaving other guests with nothing.

Warm & Family-Friendly Stay

The hotel was amazing, great location, delicious breakfast, and overall excellent service from the entire hotel team. Special thanks to Alex at the reception, who helped us a lot during check-in and provided very useful information for our Shenzhen trip.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the front desk duty manager from the evening shift on 8 January (unfortunately, we forgot to get his name). My little niece has a sensitive stomach, and while we were simply trying to confirm a few details as a precaution, the hotel team went above and beyond to personally ensure that we were well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel is highly recommended for families and is conveniently located near many theme parks.
