Pros:

Очень большие и удобные номера, вкусные завтраки. В прямой пешей доступности находится отличеый парк Window of the World, самый большой плюс - сотрудники отеля, молодой дружный коллектив, представители на ресепшн работавшие в смену с Garvey решили все возникшие вопросы.

Pros:

Place was really nice, well located and the staff were always on hand to assist us with anything we needed. My partner celebrated their birthday during our stay and the hotel very graciously provided us with a complimentary large cake. Overall, we only spent two nights there and really regret not staying longer. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Shenzhen!

Great location and ambience and lovely room decor
Pros:

Location is great, the general ambience is lovely and Jimmy the concierge was very helpful

Cons:

Smell of cigarette smoke in public spaces, air-conditioning too cold and the silly requirement to wear a cap to swim in the pool

Great hotel with lots of amenities in a convenient location
Pros:

Smelled lovely in the lobby which felt very much like The Venetian Hotel on a smaller cosier scale. Clean & comfortable room with comfortable bed & decent shower. Had everything we needed. Good size room. Huge buffet breakfast with plenty of Western & chinese options to cater for everyone, but no english breakfast tea (or anything similar) so bring your own if you’re a tea drinker!

Overall nice and clean stay. But I would expect more out of a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Clean hotel, staff were nice.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from popular area, most places are 20 min away. Amenities were average for 5 star hotel eg no toilet bidet, average slow hair dryer. Gym and pool access requires registration with party instead of access with your own hotel key card

Great hotel and service
Pros:

Although dated the hotel is clean and in very good condition. Our room and the public areas impressed.
All staff were helpful, but English is generally not spoken and understood. Adrian and Helen (manager) were both super helpful and kept following up. On our first morning Adrian arrange for an early check in and help us to get a grip on the workings of WeChat and Didi. Without that we would have struggled a lot.
When he was not there, Hellen helped us with various queries. All accurate helpful in good English. She continued to offer advice and follow up offering help.

Cons:

If we understood Schenzhen we would have booked in Futian. However, there was always a Didi car available and a 20 minute £4 ride took us where we wanted to go,

Pros:

Good Room with balcony, ideal position. A few yards to the Metro system.
Very Clean and WiFi all over the hotel.
Shower good and good size bathroom.
Large shopping Mall next to the hotel.

Hotel just OK, does not meet the expectations of its category
Pros:

Nice hotel.
Very tasty breakfast, lots of western and oriental options
Great staff, Minnie, Rita all the staff fluent in english; and always trying to help.

Cons:

Wanted to pay cash, they made a charge on the credit card to secure the room, at check out couldnt be cancelled ( ended paying by card).
Outdoor pool has no sun beds, its closed.
Location is convenient but not great
Its the first hotel in China that doesn’t make deliveries to the room, they are left by the front door; they encourage the room service but it has a very limited selection.
The hotel doesn t exchange money and only suggest you to go to China Bank ( not very usefull on a friday night)
