WE Had booked a Superior rooms, but upgraded to an Executive Suite. Well worth the Money. Camel with General VIP Treatment and access to the Lounge. Food in General was excellent, with breakfast Superior. Our New permanent stay every time WE visit Delhi
Service in the Restaurant can at Times BE erratic.
It was an amazing stay at DoubleTree. I really enjoyed staying there. The staff were great, the room was cozy and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the service was always fast. The complimentary welcome cookie was such a nice touch, and I liked it so much that I ended up buying a few packs at checkout.
The complimentary breakfast also had a good amount of options, and the food tasted really good. The location was very convenient and extremely close to the metro. I didn’t get a chance to use it, but it was so close that I could actually see it from my room. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.
The swimming pool and gym areas were a bit small, although still enough to use. The pool area could also have been cleaner, especially the chairs and seating area. I didn’t use the pool, but I spent some time there relaxing, and I felt the area could be maintained a little more often.
Great breakfast spread by Chef Amit and the staff were kind and hospitable.

The facilities were good. Chef Amit and Nivedita in the breakfast team were very warm and efficient - ensured everyone was attended to. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn took the cake
There were small irritants - the room keys had to be magnetised again and again. The coffee shop in the afternoon was pathetic. They kept only the inexperienced staff who didn't know what could be served and what couldn't.

Most pathetic hotel stay of my life.
Very poor condition of the hotel. Aircon not working, hair dryer not working, hair strands on pillow and bed. Toiletries almost nothing. No fruit basket in room. Refrigerator empty and not working. Water in the bathroom not moving out in shower region. Promoter needs to shit it down and overhaul the same. Won't ever come back

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was completely amazed and deeply moved by the incredible level of personalized service across every department. The reception team, the kitchen chefs, the restaurant servers, and the executive lounge staff went truly above and beyond to make my visit memorable.
The executive lounge was an absolute highlight. The gentleman working there double-served as a bartender, crafting superb cocktails with an incredibly amicable and professional touch. His genuine warmth made every visit to the lounge a delight.
The staff blew me away with their overwhelming hospitality. On the night before my departure, I was honored to be selected as their "Customer of the Night" and was presented with a beautiful cake. The next morning, as I was checking out, they surprised me again with another cake to wish me safe travels! On top of that, they celebrated my birthday with a spectacularly decorated cake and upgraded me to a fabulous suite. These thoughtful gestures made me feel deeply valued as a guest.
My only constructive feedback relates to the breakfast service in the main restaurant. There were many traditional dishes being prepared for other guests that I would have loved to try, but I didn't know their names or how to order them. I found it a bit difficult to communicate my requests with some of the kitchen staff due to a language barrier. While I completely respect being in a host country, as an international Hilton property, having a bit more English fluency or guided assistance at the live stations would help foreign guests navigate and enjoy the incredible culinary offerings.
Despite that minor communication challenge, the warmth and generosity of the team were unforgettable. DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR delivered a world-class experience, and I will certainly be back in the future.
