We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff is very courteous and ready to help. Full marks for the hospitality. Their chocolate walnut cookies are awesome.
The slip road to reach the hotel is very narrow and traffic is hazardous.

Food varieties, taste and quality. Serving staff at Asia restaurant specially Ms. Riya was seen most active, helpful and sincere.
Room airconditioning system. Stayed in Room no. 709, where room temp was 18 degree C at Check In. Despite setting temp higher upto 24 degree C, cold air continued to flow even after 5 hrs. Even AC technician and Front desk staff couldn't raise the room temp without shutting the AC off. Tried changing room, checked two more rooms but nowhere setting room temp higher auto stopped cold air flow. Every staff tried cover up by saying temp could be raised by shutting off AC. Stayed put in Room no. 709 and bore the brunt of gradually rising temp that went up to 24 degree C at the time of Check Out after 2 days. Surprising to experience such situation at such a property.
Toilet WC hand foucet was on left side suited for LH persons instead of standard practice of keeping on right hand side for RH user convenience. This caused inconvenience. How could such a large chain of hotel could have such silly mistake.
