The service could have been better. There were no napkins or water on the table when we were seated. We ordered laccha paratha, but it was served only after we had almost finished our dinner. Better attention to timing and table setup would have made the dining experience much more enjoyable.

I stayed 5 nights and I found the breakfast buffet although gave a great selection becomes monotonous. You could change the and varie the food by each day of the week.

Pleasure to be in Double Tree by Hilton Gurugram. A great hospitality and smiling service to the customers with utmost care and personal touch. We have to improve room dining bed tea and evening tea services. Gaps in this regard have been shared with your Chef Amit and Sahil after our farewell breakfast. Large varieties for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. A Chai counter has a great attraction in Summer Season. Lobby furniture needs attention. It has lived his life. Kindly review. With regards,
