Surprised at the cleanliness and setup of the room. From the outside looks a tad dingy, not inside
Pros:

Room incredibly clean. Large bed. Very centrally located, I mean...CENTER of town. Staff (young Sikh fellow) was very polite and friendly.

Cons:

My room was right on the main highway 395. But, I knew that the hotel was situated that way. Noise was not too bad, and of course quieted down later on through the night.

Comfortable and good stay
Pros:

Good location and excellent staff, very accommodating.

Cons:

The floors needed some cleaning/ sweeping. Found a towel with hair clump in it.

bed sheets and towels were very nice.

I couldn't have a bath because the closing in the bathtub didn't work, the water just run out.
2 of the electric outlets by the sink didn't work. Right side had to move coffee machine inside the room where the TV is. Left side where hairdryer is mounted couldnt use it because no electricity. Had to go to office to get a handheld hairdryer and manage to do it in the room away from a mirror. I was in room 105. Young fellow (India) at chedckin was very nice but couldn't help with my three problems. Didn't offer to give me another room if one is available or offer a discount on my room price. It says coffee and donuts in lobby from 7am on. I was there both days at 8am and no donuts at all......oh they are gone....not that it was impoirtant to me, just mentiong it.

Clean comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Donuts were promised with coffee in the morning. Coffee was available and pretty good, but no Donuts at all. Disappointed!

Clean room with mountain view but needs maintenance
Pros:

View of mountain...room clean

Cons:

Room needed repairs including new bath exhaust fan, table trim coming off, sink stopper broken, tub stopper broken, paint missing bathroom near tub, street traffic extremely loud during rush hours, no TV channels without commercials
