L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et très agréable. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel.

Un immense merci à Oussama et Salah, qui ont été tout simplement exceptionnels : toujours souriants, serviables, attentionnés et à l’écoute. Leur accueil et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Merci également à tout le reste du personnel, même si je ne connais pas tous leurs prénoms. Chacun a contribué à faire de notre séjour une très belle expérience.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Incroyable séjour
Pros:

Très bon séjour. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et professionnel. Nous avons été très bien reçus, toujours avec le sourire.
La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité.
La piscine est top et le personnel toujours présent pour vous rendre service.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter :)

L'amabilité, la disponibilité du personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Piscine extérieure très propre, piscine intérieure bien chauffée. Hammam beldi effectué sur place, c'était super ! Chambre insonorisée, c'est top. Café nespresso disponible dans la chambre. Produits complets nuxe dans la salle de bain (baignoire et douche)

Morgenmaden var rigtig god, og alt, hvad vi kunne ønske os, var tilgængeligt. Vi er for eksempel vant til at få omelet om morgenen, og det kunne vi bestille og få lavet frisk. Der var rigtig mange valgmuligheder, og børnene nød det virkelig!

The birthday setup was beautiful, thoughtful, and exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay.
The restaurant was also outstanding, with delicious food and excellent service. We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our celebration so special. This certainly won't be our last visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Marrakech.
