Fine for a short stay
Pros:

The reception staff was polite, the room and bathroom were a good size, and the hotel was quiet, nice luggage room for when you arrive early or leave past check-out time. Easy to get to the centre from the hotel.

Cons:

No tea / coffee making facilities in standard rooms, restaurant closed on Sundays and Mondays. Shift changes at the check-in time, so long cue has formed at the reception desk.
Not as close to the station as expected due to ongoing building and road works (maybe this could be shown on the booking app)

Pros:

Aamiainen oli melko mitäänsanomaton. Kahvi laihaa suodatinkahvia, karjalanpiirakat marketin pakastealtaasta, munavoissa ei ripaustakaan suolaa. Aamiaisella ei ollut mitään erityistä, perusjuustot ja -leikkeleet. Tästä vielä pitää maksaa erikseen.

Cons:

Hotelli on keskellä valtavaa työmaata, ja sinne oli todella vaikea löytää. Se ei toki ole hotellin vika, mutta saapujaa voisi ohjeistaa selkeästi, miten löytää perille. Tampereen asemalta kesti puoli tuntia hotellille ilman ohjeita. Hotelli on asemahotelli.

Tällä kertaa eivät olleet tähdet aivan optimaalisessa asennossa, vaikka hotelli sinänsä on ok.
Pros:

Sijainti on periaatteessa hyvä, ja syy jonka vuoksi varasin huoneen tästä hotellista. Pitkä miinus kuitenkin siitä, että hotelliin pääseminen rautatieasemalta oli laajojen tietöiden aikaan kaikkea muuta kuin helppoa ja nopeaa. Opasteet olivat kehnoja jopa hotellin ympärillä. Kannattaisi laittaa kävellen tulijoita varten kunnolla näkyviä opasteita riittävän tiheään asemalta alkaen.

Cons:

Huoneessa on puhelinnumero, josta pitäisi tavoittaa vastaanotto 24/7. Nyt kuitenkin vastaanottovirkailijalla oli niin kiire, ettei hän ehtinyt vastaamaan puhelimeen lukuisista yrityksistä (n. 15 minuutin aikana) huolimatta. Antaisi asiakkaille paljon paremman kuvan hotellista, jos soittoon saisi edes nauhoitetun vastauksen tyyliin "nyt juuri emme ehdi vastaamaan, soitamme takaisin". Yksi virkailija hoitamassa niin sisäänkirjautumisia kuin kaikkia muita yllättäviäkin tehtäviä on turhan pieni miehitys.

Oikein hyvä perushotelli
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä (perus aamiainen), mutta aamiaiselle tulijoita liikaa. Sitä voisi olla hyvä paremmin porrastaa. Huone oli oikein siisti, hiljainen ja tilava.

IskelmäGaala.
Pros:

Illalla myöhästyttin tunnilla sovitusta ruokailusta, mutta henkilökunta odotti meitä. Ymmärsivät Iskelmä.Gaalan loppuvan odotettua myöhemmin.
Aamupala oli hienosti tarjolla hyvin opastein. Oli helppoa löytää mm. Kaurapuuro, joka on tähän asti ollut minulta ”kadoksissa”. Myös Valio tuotteet olivat hienosti edustettuna. Kiitos ja hyvää tulevaa kevättä henkilökunnalle !

Henkilöstö ystävällinen.

Cons:

Aamupala ihan ok, erikoiskahvia jäätiin kaipaamaan. Toisesta huoneesta shampoo oli loppu. Viereinen rakennustyömaa ja konsertti (siihen olisi sinänsä ollut hauska osallistua jos siitä olisi tiennyt kun huonetta varasi) aiheutti pieniä haittoja.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Sängyt olivat mukavat, jopa lisäsänky oli tosi hyvä aikuiselle ihmiselle.

Siistit, tilavat ja modernit huoneet, monipuolinen aamiainen, mukava henkilökunta

Työmaa haittasi kulkua todella paljon, perille (sisäänkäynti) oli vaikea löytää eikä työmaasta ollut huonetta varatessa mitään mainintaa.
