Все прошло хорошо
Pros:

Расположение удобное, сразу остановка трамвая и ты едешь в центр, но отель находится на развязке, окна выходят на мечеть (где в 5 утра кричит Молитва да и весь день) и шумно от дороги. Завтраки хорошие, каждый день одно и то же но хорошие. Убирают просто супер и каждый день. Мы были рады что нам меняли полотенце каждый день и ставили воду, чай и кофе.

Cons:

Не все лампочки в номере горели. У нас было два номера и везде где-то что-то не горело. В принципе все понравилось. Кран в ванной очень не удобно открывался, в плане там был сильный напор и невозможно было умыться, всё постоянно в воде было. И странная была вентиляция. Постоянно воняло сигаретами или туалетом, хоть нас весь день в номере не было и мы не курим. Приходилось включать кондиционер чтоб хоть как-то запах сигарет ушел. Еще были не сильно удобные подушки, хотя мы за 4 дня привыкли, но до этого спали то без подушки то с подушкой.
И еще смесители в душе были поломаны, текла вода со всех сторон.


Если вы спите чутко, то окна выходят на дорогу, а там как раз транспортная развязка и слышно машины 24/7. В принципе, все понравилось кроме мелочей. Но главное было число всегда, каждый день убирали и нам это очень понравилось. Персонал очень любезный и отзывчивый. Всегда помогали и были приветливы.

hôtel situé tout prêt du tram 1(2 mn à pieds) qui dessert tous les sites touristiques
Pros:

SERKAN CEREN nous a très bien reçu, restant à notre disposition si besoin.
pour le départ, il nous a accompagnés jusqu'à notre taxi.

Très bon séjour .l’hotel est très bien situé juste à côté de la ligne 1 du tram.
Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant notamment Ceran Serkan qui nous a bien aidé à notre départ pour récupérer notre taxi .Merci à tout le personnel

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit.
An der Rezeption erfüllte uns Serkan alle Wünsche,wie von selbst. Vielen Dank für das herzliche Willkommen und den Aufenthalt an das gesamte Team (Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Restaurant und Küche). Lieben Dank, wir hatten durch alle einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel und in Istanbul.

Very kind and helpful staff, especially Farruk and Serkan from the reception. Always doing their best to resolve any problem. Vassila and Ceren from the reception also helped us a lot and were very friendly. So was the staff in the restaurant. Very good location, 50-100 m from the tram station

Pros:

Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал в лице Джерен и ее помощника, всегда на связи по любым вопросам и просьбам. Отдельная благодарность за организацию сухура, в 5 утра каждый день в номер нам приносили полноценный завтрак. В номере было тепло, все принадлежности и самое главное шикарный вид из окна на мечеть!

Качество уборки немного слабое, но постельное белье и полотенца чистые

Pros:

Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas, el desayuno abundante,echamos de menos poder tostar el pan o hacer tostadas, pero había muchas opciones para desayunar.
La ubicación es perfecta,esta céntrico y a pocos minutos andando del gran bazar.
Y todo el personal fue super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Everything was great and nice, and most importantly, it's very close to the Aksaray tram station.

Pros:

Great location. Many shops around although most of it close pretty early. We got a room with the mosque view which is lovely. Metro tramway is right infront of the hotel. Bus to the IST airport is also nearby. Love the breakfast! Lots of options. The staffs at the hotel were all friendly too.

Cons:

The toilet had a weird sewage smell. Room felt a little stuffy but not an issue as we can open the big window anytime.
