الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء المسجد و محطة الترام والتكاسي والمطاعم والمحلات التجاريه والصرافيين . معاملة موظفي الفندق ممتازة وخصوصا السيدة وسيلة . الفندق نظيف ومريح ومداخله مريحه جدا واضاءه ومصاعد ممتازة . وفطور جميل ولذيذ .وموقعه جميل في الدور السادس

Pros:

Nagyon jól éreztem magam a Grand Durmaz Hotelben, különösen tetszett a központi elhelyezkedése és hogy minden könnyen elérhető volt a városban. A személyzet és különösen a takarító kollégák rendkívül kedvesek és készségesek voltak, a szoba pedig szép, kényelmes és tágas volt. Nagyon jól esett, hogy minden nap friss ásványvíz, gyümölcs és kávébekészítés várt a szobában, a reggeli pedig bőséges és változatos volt.

Cons:

Negatívumnak talán csak annyit tudnék mondani, hogy az első reggeleken a közeli mecsetekből hallható müezzin hangja számomra meglepően intenzív élmény volt 😄 Pár nap alatt azért hozzá lehet szokni. A hangszigetelés lehetne egy picit jobb, illetve a SPA részleg működése számomra végig egy kisebb rejtély maradt 🙂 Én csak annyit szerettem volna megtudni, hogy lehet-e egyszerűen lemenni egyet szaunázni vagy esetleg használni a jakuzzit masszázs nélkül, de valahogy mindig a különböző masszázscsomagoknál kötöttünk ki, így a végére sem derült ki teljesen, hogy létezik-e “csak sima szaunázás” opció

От отеля остались только самые положительные впечатления. Персонал такой дружелюбный и заботливый.
Утром при заселении нас встретила милая Черен. А Серкан нам помог с выбором номера. Заселение прошло очень быстро. Спасибо огромное Черен за оперативность. После суток в дороге нам хотелось побыстрее прилечь отдохнуть. А вечером в качестве комплимента нас ожидала фруктовая тарелка. Мы выбрали номер без вида на красивую мечеть но более тихую. Окна выходили на соседний отель. Если хочется красивый вид на мечеть то будет немного шумно из-за дороги.
Расположение отеля просто шикарное.
Трамвай, метро, минимаркеты все в пешей доступности. Ресторан находится на шестом этаже с красивым панорамным видом. Завтрак, кофе, все было вкусным. Воду в бутылках давали
каждый день. Уборка каждый день, все было чистым. Спасибо огромное персоналу отеля за такое гостеприимство. Остались только самые теплые воспоминания.

Un Séjour familial parfait 👍🏽

Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour un séjour en famille (quatre sœurs et notre mère), et nous avons réservé deux chambres.
Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : l’accueil du personnel. Toute l’équipe est aimable, chaleureuse, à l’écoute et très disponible. 🙏🏽 Un grand merci à Sercan, qui a pris grand soin de nous et a veillé chaque jour à ce que nous ne manquions de rien et que tout se passe parfaitement.🤗
Merci également à l’agent d’entretien Hayettin, pour son sourire de bon matin, sa gentillesse, sa politesse et sa discrétion, très appréciables.

Nous remercions aussi l’hôtel pour la délicate attention à notre arrivée avec une assiette de fruits, ainsi que pour les bouteilles d’eau renouvelées chaque jour.

L’hôtel est propre, joliment décoré, et les chambres sont agréables et bien équipées.

L’emplacement est idéal : à proximité de tout (bureau de change, restaurants, cafés, tabac, tramway, Mosquée et métro). Après nos journées bien remplies, nous étions ravies de n’avoir qu’une minute de marche depuis le tram pour retrouver le confort de nos chambres.

Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié, avec de petites nouveautés chaque jour qui permettent de découvrir des spécialités locales. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la jolie vue depuis la terrasse où nous prenions notre petit déjeuner.
Merci au personnel en salle pour leur professionnalisme : leur présence est discrète, tout en étant efficace et attentionnée.

Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pros:

The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, especially Onur. The room is clean. The location is excellent—just 100 meters from the T1 tram stop and 500 meters from the airport shuttle bus stop. It’s very convenient for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.

Pros:

The hotel is located near the T1 tram station. You can easily take the tram and visit the famous historical places of Istanbul.You can enjoy good breakfast at the hotel. All staff were friendly & welcoming especially Mr.Serkan Ceren was very helpful throughout our stay. Room cleaning was perfect.
I had a great stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Все прошло хорошо
Pros:

Расположение удобное, сразу остановка трамвая и ты едешь в центр, но отель находится на развязке, окна выходят на мечеть (где в 5 утра кричит Молитва да и весь день) и шумно от дороги. Завтраки хорошие, каждый день одно и то же но хорошие. Убирают просто супер и каждый день. Мы были рады что нам меняли полотенце каждый день и ставили воду, чай и кофе.

Cons:

Не все лампочки в номере горели. У нас было два номера и везде где-то что-то не горело. В принципе все понравилось. Кран в ванной очень не удобно открывался, в плане там был сильный напор и невозможно было умыться, всё постоянно в воде было. И странная была вентиляция. Постоянно воняло сигаретами или туалетом, хоть нас весь день в номере не было и мы не курим. Приходилось включать кондиционер чтоб хоть как-то запах сигарет ушел. Еще были не сильно удобные подушки, хотя мы за 4 дня привыкли, но до этого спали то без подушки то с подушкой.
И еще смесители в душе были поломаны, текла вода со всех сторон.


Если вы спите чутко, то окна выходят на дорогу, а там как раз транспортная развязка и слышно машины 24/7. В принципе, все понравилось кроме мелочей. Но главное было число всегда, каждый день убирали и нам это очень понравилось. Персонал очень любезный и отзывчивый. Всегда помогали и были приветливы.
