Not worth the money
Cons:

There were no vending machines on the 4th floor. The room was stuffy and the air conditioner squeaked all night. The neighbors next to us had their bathroom fan on all night and it was humming loudly. The next morning about 9:15 or so, the staff shut off the cable so everyone started checking out at the same time. We think this was done purposely so people would be out way before checkout time so the cleaners could clean... When we were taking our stuff out to the car the cleaning lady was in our room and had the door open when we returned to double check to see if we got everything... How invasive and rude!! You pay so much for the room, you should be able to enjoy it the whole time!! Also, way before breakfast was set to be done, the housekeepers had it cleaned up even though people were still eating...how very rude! I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not worth the money!!

Services and cleanliness were on par for this level, but the noise levels were not.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast. We liked that it had a hot tub, although the pool & hot tub were always crowded, especially with kids. I heard that there was a big rodeo in town in addition to other events, so our timing there wasn't the best.

Cons:

My complaint here was the lack of quiet and room insulation is terrible. The running around & pounding footsteps of those above us lasted until 10pm, and began again at 5am the next morning. I have experienced this at other Holiday Inn's in the past. I will be taking this into account with future travels.
