There was black hair all in the shower and sink. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The towels looked used. It was musky in the room, the a/c wasn’t working properly and I was burning up all night. The carpet was disgusting.

It was very close to six flags which is why we booked the trip.
The rooms where very dirty, the headboards where stained with grease or oil from previous tenants laying their heads in the spot, the linens had stains and so did the mattress underneath. The hallways were hot and smelled bad. My booking had breakfast included and I think they charged me afterwards for it or something else. I messaged them about it and they still haven’t gotten back to me.

I need a receipt of my final bill and I was told that Booking.com had to provide and Booking.com has not responded to my request. Frustrating
Everything, from the fact that no pets allowed! It didn't smell like mold, everything was clean, we could control the temperature in the room, the breakfast was always amazing and the people service breakfast and the staff serving breakfast were amazing!
Door to our room 326 was very hard to open.

The rooms stinks. House keeping was not great. The water in the bath tub was not draining properly . Interior look very old and broken . above all . Front Desk people are not friendly.. Not at a Holiday inn Standards ..
