My stay was amazing.
Pros:

The staff was amazing from the front counter(all shifts) to the breakfast staff. I feel like I hit them with so many unexpected issues my family had but they supported us very professionally. They were soo nice. I will stay here every time I come to San Antonio!

Cons:

The water was not hot in the first room we rented. They tried to comp, us but the hotel was fully booked. It was Spring Break and they still took good care of my family and I. They apologized and were able to make some last minute changes!

Disappointed with this company at this location.
Pros:

Staff explained the situation, lack of technology.

Cons:

Did not have that technology to be a good business in a modern world. Therefore, a serious issue for lost o revenue. Of the idea is to prosper as a business, it must have the latest thecnology or at least inform the customer and other participants in this endeavors.

Pros:

PLEASE READ !!!!! Do not stay at this location if you don’t want to spend extra money in fixing your vehicle window !! My truck was broken into, I understand these kind of things happen everywhere BUT apparently that night the camera that was right above my truck in the parking lot was not working AND , the security guard DID NOT show up that night! The truck parked across from me also got broken into the same night!! Right before we left and called local authorities all of a sudden the camera started working but was facing elsewhere! This seems more of an inside job.. please save your money and book elsewhere and make sure their cameras are working !

I did eat breakfast. Location and easy access to interstate

Cons:

The fact that my room was never cleaned during my stay. I had to clean towels and washcloths myself in the evenings of Sat & Sun. The trash was never emptied, etc
