Awesome apartment. Hotel staff polite and professional.
Pros:

Location 2mins to Queenstown central shops and lake.
Amazing apartment very new and comfortable.

Cons:

Paying a $200 holding charge and not getting the money back for 5 days.
Other accommodation on South Island trip didn’t request this.

A place where I would stay again!
Pros:

The apartment on the 3rd floor had high ceilings and a sliding glass door opening to a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs so the place was filled with light. The jacuzzi bathtub was a nice extra in the master bedroom. The proximity to the streets with all of the shops and restaurants was the best part! The TV worked well. Kitchen was large.

Cons:

One chair at the dining room table had a bent leg so I couldn't sit at the table for dinner with the others. I notified the reception. It's a little confusing that you go to the 2nd floor to access your 3rd floor room until we realized that after entering our door, we climbed a set of stairs to the next level.

It was passable but we would not stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great.
The kitchen and the bathroom appeared to have a refurb which could have bee n a few years ago. That was good.
Breakfast was N/A as we didn't have breakfast there.

Cons:

The room/apartment was tired and dated. It apartment was a bit dark.
Small stuff like no heated towel rail; didn't matter too much in the summer but I could imagine in the winter could be a real pain.
Again small stuff but you did ask, the smell of whatever the air freshener in the hallway was not a pleasant smell.
It feels like the whole place needs a bit refurb and brighten/modern up.

Location was within walking distance to downtown Queenstown. We were able to get a refund on one of our nights due to room conditions. Not sure if this was the lodging or Booking but grateful for that.

Cons:

Almost everything else. Small chain lock on the door (and that was all the security), dirty couch pillows, mold in the bathroom shower/bath, fan was filthy, extra blankets and pillows tossed on the floor of the closet, lobby was piled with bags of laundry and no dedicated front desk person. Ugh…it was awful. Even though we were staying for 2 nights, we check out.

Very dated inside, there was no toilet paper and had to go outside to phone reception which was the only option as no one was manning the reception to ask them for a roll of toilet paper as they only had 1/4 roll when we arrived - not good enough for the price we paid. First floor room had two floor opening windows which our toddler could have easily would out of - I have no idea how this meets safety compliance. Serious risk of harm should a toddler go near the window.

Pros:

We checked in late and checked out early so we were not able to meet any of the staff but the process was fairly easy. The location is superb, few steps away to the center and the property has an entrance in different streets hence very accessible.
