Location and facilities. Beds were super comfy, room was great for our needs.

Cons:

Was super cold on arrival and took a while to get the room up to a comfortable temperature, at least 12 hours to get the chill out of the tiles etc.

Perfect location
Pros:

Great location, park the car up and walk to everything. Beds super comfy, nice upstairs for everyone to gather.

Cons:

It could do with a paint refresh, you had to hold the shower head when using, and we had to get the cleaner back because the shower had not been cleaned. The heaters in the downstairs rooms were noisy.

Incredible location for a stay in Queenstown.Large spacious apartment.Loved the under floor heating.
Pros:

The location! Steps away from everything. Best location and view of the city.

Cons:

The rooms furnishings could do with an upgrade and was a little dark but the location made up for that.

Pros:

The location is very handy, it is very close to everything. It is more affordable than a lot of other properties in Queenstown.

Cons:

Check in desk is only open limited hours, they asked us to call and arrange late check in but we had to call >10 times to get through and speak to someone. There was no one at the desk for check out either but there’s a phone outside that rings through you can use. The rooms are older and dated, everything was a bit cramped in the space.
