Muy buen departamento en Queensland
Pros:

El departamento es súper cómodo y amplio. Muy bien equipado. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Cons:

En el mostrador de ingreso no había nadie. Dejamos el equipaje hasta q estuviera disponible la habitación. Llamamos a un interno y al rato vino una señorita a atendernos. Un poco impersonal.

Incredible location. 30 secs walk to central Queenstown. Easy car parking available.

Cons:

The location makes up f or it but decor is tired and walls are very thin. If there's only 2 of you the bedroom was quiet. Our son had a single bed in the lounge and it was like he was watching TV with next door and the people above.

2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment - very central. Less than 5 min walk to town/restaurants/waterfront etc.
Had everything we needed. Onsite parking. Laundry available.
Good option for 2 couples.

דלפק הקבלה נסגר מאוד מוקדם, השעה המוקדמת ממש לא מתאימה לאנשים שנמצאים בטיול. מה שהיה ממש בעייתי בעינינו היתה העובדה שלמרות ששילמנו מראש על הדירה, כשהודענו שנגיע לאחר סגירת דלפק הקבלה, ביקשו מאיתנו שניתן טלפונית מספר אשראי עבור דמי הפקדון למקרה של נזק בחדר ולא הסכימו להשאיר לנו את המפתח לדירה, שכפי שציינתי כבר שולמה מראש. בנוסף, גם בשעות בהן היתה הפקידה להיות בדלפק, היא לא היתה שם ונאלצנו להתקשר אליה כולל בשעת הצ'ק אאוט בה היא אמורה לדעת שיגיעו אנשים.
The reception closes far too early, which isn’t practical at all for people on vacation. Our main issue was that even though we had already paid for the stay, they insisted we provide credit card info over the phone for a damage deposit just to get the key after hours. They wouldn't give us access without it, despite the upfront payment. On top of that, the receptionist was rarely at the desk during working hours. We had to call her for everything, even during check-out when you’d expect someone to be the

A very enjoyable stay in a wonderful location.
Pros:

A superb location, within walking distance of everywhere in central Queenstown. Our apartment was very comfortable & clean, with full kitchen and laundry facilities. We would happily return.

Cons:

Parking was not assured onsite, (as was described when booking); it was on a first-come first served basis every day and some people selfishly parked across two spaces in the limited parks available.

Spacious apartment in a great central location.
Pros:

These apartments are in a great location in the heart of Queenstown, and yet tucked away so they are quiet at night. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. It must have had a recent makeover as the carpet, kitchen cabinets and appliances were all very new. Beds were comfy and the heating worked well on a cold night. We were able to leave luggage in a secure location on checkout day which was very helpful.

All good, we liked everything.
