Prime location, facilities and amenities are awesome value for money!
Pros:

Location is amazing, very central location close to all the shops, easy to get to public transport. Facilities are nice with beds, kitchen area, private toilet/shower, tv that you can link your accounts to (Netflix etc)

Cons:

Pre-authorisation of $200 that people should be aware of before coming - returned at the end of your stay. Staff are difficult to get a hold of but are very helpful when you do talk to them, no body wash or shampoo/conditioner so guests be aware to bring those or buy it at the dairy which is close by.

It was as expected from reading previous reviews, location was fabulous.
Pros:

Fantastic location which was why we booked there. Location didn’t disappoint and made up for the run down apartment.

Cons:

Sadly in need of some love. Needs a repaint, more care taken with the fit out and maintenance. 5 cups for 6 people a bit poor.

Excellent location. Not good in terms of cleanliness (foul and stale smell). NO A/C!
Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

No A/C, smells like old carpet that has never been cleaned. Bare minimum amenities, internet extremely slow. No reception staff before 9:30am or after 5pm. Check out at 10am otherwise they will charge you. If you need help because of being locked out, you will be charged as well. If you don't clean your cups and dishes, you will be charged too. Worse than an Airbnb.

The whole place was amazing, everything from the location to the lovely outdoor patio, closeness to town, friendly staff, great facilities, never seen a bathroom that big before. Lovely fresh decor etc. Would stay there again 10/10

The downstairs bathroom was a little small but did the job.

Very cheap amenities (one tiny plastic shampoo/conditioner combined and mini bar of soap, no kleenex, garbage bags too small to fit into bins). Refrigerator light out. One towel/person. Also master bed really uncomfortable. Put knee on mattress and on one side and sunk down 6 inches at leastComplained twice about bad communication to no avail (there was construction from 9pm to 6am! that st james managemt knew about 2 weeks before our arrival but did not give us the heads up. A lot of money for no sleep. Construction not their fault but not informing us in advance was.) also no welcome letter w wifi code a mystery till looked under router.
