Great location with nice friendly staff, but our apartment was old and not very clean.
Pros:

Location is spot on.

Cons:

The room smelt very musky and the curtain blinds are old and stained.
You couldn't open the blinds in our room during the day or night as it looked directly into an office building with people looking straight into our room.
Bed covers are extremely dated smelt and weren't clean at all.
Shower had old soap scum build up still in the soap shelf ( not cleaned for sure)
The price we paid was ridiculous for what we got in return. Better priced apartments 50 meters up the road that are updated and clean . I guess we know now so no harm.
