Nós tivemos uma estadia excelente. Pessoal do hotel super atencioso. Cafe da manhã delicioso.

Foi muito boa, funcionarios dedicados e gentis. Acomodações perfeitas, café e restaurante com varias opções. Limpeza

Very bad. Smelly room. Shower not functional. Water goes everywhere from shower. We found the room with empty shampoo and body wash liquid. The staff rarely speak English and always do something else compared what you ask

Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia! A localização é ótima e as instalações são amplas, bem cuidadas. O ambiente é agradável e tudo estava limpo. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, embora eu tenha notado que não há opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares (como no caso da minha filha, que é celíaca.)

Aproveitei a piscina aquecida e o ofurô, que estavam em boas condições. A única observação que gostaria de fazer é sobre o box do banheiro, que é um pouco apertado. O ar-condicionado funcionou adequadamente e a limpeza geral do ambiente também foi satisfatória.

Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da funcionária Tamara, que se destacou dos demais devido à sua presteza, pró-atividade e empatia. Ela realmente fez a diferença em nossa experiência!

Recomendo a estadia e espero que eles possam expandir as opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares!

The room had bedbugs and was very dirty. There was paint splatter everywhere and mold and it was very dirty. We had to leave to stay at a new hotel after we found bedbugs.

Was a good place to be, I would recomenfor others. Not luxorious, but nice for familys with kids.

The hotel is super conveniente if you want to be close to the falls, unfortunatelly the room i was given was nothing like the pictures shown in the internet. There was a hole on my door that fit my finger, plus another one on the wall. The bed was king size but one side was higher than the other, bathroom windows dont even close properly (very old), and the bug screen was ripped, i was afraid to open the windows cause of the bugs. I also didn’t have a side lamp on the room at all. Only ceiling lamp. Bathroom was really old. But breakefest was nice, the staff was friendly and nice, and the rest of the hotel was good. Honestly the rooms need lots of upgrades. And the hall the lead to the rooms looks like a 1900’s hospice.. kind of scary. So if you want a nice room you should consider that before going to that hotel.

Great restaurant!!! Old but comfortable.

The property and the park are very nice, and it also has a restaurant and free airport shuttle, which are definitely very useful. On the other hand, the rooms (at least the budget ones) are too basic. Mattress 6/10, bathroom 7/10, accessories 7/10. It’s fine for one or two nights, but for a longer stay, I would consider another option or try the higher-priced rooms (I haven’t seen them).

The rooms are very much outdated. They need a good coat of paint.

Last night, many rooms had dozens of mosquitoes. I couldn’t sleep until 4am

I had to use allergy pills the place is old but everything works. Very nice outdoors. Everything else was excellent.

O unico defeito que em tres noites nao quiseram limpar o quarto. So na terceira noite perguntaram se eu queria que limpasse. Informo.que as lixeiras estao cheias. Toalhas precisam ser trocadas .e colocar sabonete novos. Tres dias com o mesmo sabonete. Restaurante excelente. Cafe da manhha tambem otimo. Alguem da administracao precisa fazer curso de limpesa e higiene.

The hotel is close to the airport and close to the falls, and also provides free pickup from the airport (return trip does cost) which is why we booked it. The property itself was nice-ish but a bit old. A restaurant, several pools, gift shops etc. However the room was quite dated and uncomfortable. When we opened our door we saw several (at least 7) mosquitos flying around. The windows were shut but there were several gaps between hoses and shutters that led outside. We tried to kill as many as possible but still ended up bit. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. We visited in August (winter/sping time) and it was freezing at night. The hotel does not have heat but does supply blankets- but they are not sufficient. We were cold all night. The hotel also leaves some windows in the hallways open all the time, even at night. This makes it super chilly and lets bugs in. Everyone at breakfast was wearing coats or sweaters. Reception staff were very nice but there was definitely a language barrier both during check in and check out, and we had to use google translate several times as they didnt speak much English.

El hotel necesita ser renovado. El desayuno es muy completo y las habitaciones amplias, pero todo muy muy viejo

Muito boa , pessoal atencioso,deixamos o carro no hotel e fomos pra outra cidade nós levaram ao Aeroporto e nós buscaram na volta tudo certinho
