Pros:

Беше чисто, топло, просторно. Удобно легло, възглавници. Любезно отношение от целия персонал. Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна! Лобито е уютно, с камина.
Парната баня е страхотна и впечатляваща със звездичките на тавана! Страхотен е големият басейн, който освен, че е топъл, се намира в изцяло остъклено голямо посещение, в което съответно влиза естествена светлина и топлина.

Cons:

Липса на халати. Липса на масичка, столчета, пепелници на терасата.
Недобро впечатление направи една неработеща сауна и някои неработещи душове. Това, че големият басейн, спа зоната и мястото, в което си настанен са в различни сгради създава неудобство - трябва да се обличаш и събличаш по няколко пъти, ако искаш да посетиш и спа зоната и големия басейн.

Μεγάλα και άνετα δωματια! Πεντακάθαρη πισίνα! Υπήρχε shuttle bus για την μεταφορά μας κοντά στην γόνδολα.

Lovely hotel in a quiet, beautiful setting
Pros:

Best rooms ever! We had 3 Family rooms. Very large , spacious and well appointed. Beautiful, quiet location. 8 minutes Free minibus to and from the resort. Lovely staff. Nice, free spa. Good buffet breakfast. Great bar and even greater barman who was the best cocktail maker ever!

Cons:

Lighting: Some of the movement sensors in the halls didn't come on so we had to walk in the dark for a while and wave our hands about to get them to come on.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της τριήμερης διαμονής μας, το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε τις περισσότερες ώρες, γεγονός που προκάλεσε σημαντική ταλαιπωρία. Επιπλέον, ενώ στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε τηλεόραση, δεν υπήρχε τηλεκοντρόλ, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί. Παράλληλα, τα συρτάρια δεν είχαν ελεγχθεί ή καθαριστεί, καθώς βρήκαμε μέσα σκουπίδια από προηγούμενους ενοικιαστές, κάτι που δείχνει ελλιπή καθαριότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
Ωστόσο, το πιο σοβαρό περιστατικό συνέβη την 2η μέρα που μπήκε το προσωπικό καθαριότητας στο δωμάτιο. Όταν επιστρέψαμε, διαπιστώσαμε ότι το παράθυρο είχε μείνει ανοιχτό και η πόρτα του δωματίου εντελώς ανοιχτή, με όλα τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα εκτεθειμένα.
Θεωρώ πως πρόκειται για σοβαρό ζήτημα ασφάλειας και ιδιωτικότητας. Δυστυχώς, όταν απευθύνθηκα στους υπεύθυνους για να ενημερώσω σχετικά, η ανταπόκριση δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη και δεν υπήρξε η δέουσα αντιμετώπιση του θέματος.
Ελπίζω να δοθεί μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στο μέλλον, τόσο στη συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων όσο και στην τήρηση βασικών κανόνων ασφάλειας και επαγγελματισμού.
