Gute Lage - große Zimmer, aber ausbaufähig
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort von Can Picafort ist super. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und es gibt einige Restaurants in der Nähe.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.
Das Zimmer (Appartement) war modern eingerichtet und sehr groß.
Positiv ist auch, dass das Hotel ein Nichtraucherhotel ist.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag leider direkt auf der Höhe des Poolbereiches. Dementsprechend standen Liegen direkt vor unserer Terrasse.
Auf die Nachfrage ob wir auf eine andere Etage ziehen können wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass das erst 2 Tage später möglich sei. Als wir dann erneut nachfragten, war es plötzlich nicht mehr möglich.
Im Zimmer selber mangelt es leider an Möglichkeiten Handtücher etc. vernünftigen aufzuhängen.
Ebenfalls ist das Personal an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich. Kein nettes Welcome etc. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Rezeption keine Lust hat.

Sehr gut geeignetes Aparthotel in bester Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Hervorragende Zimmer; Apartment für Familien grandios! Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen.
Das Essen ist Spitzenklasse. Kein typisches All-Inklusive-Essen sondern teilweise auch landestypische Speisen. Sehr variantenreich.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Restaurant könnte besser sein. Auch könnte man den Boden zwischendurch mal wischen. Es war schließlich noch Nebensaison

Pobyt doskonały, polecamy każdemu.
Pros:

Pobyt był niezwykle udany. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna, przy samym morzu, w spokojnej części ale blisko sklepów i restauracji. Zameldowanie w recepcji bezproblemowe. Nasz apartament znajdował się na drugim piętrze i obejmował aneks kuchenny, salon, sypialnie, łazienkę z prysznicem i suszarką oraz balkon z widokiem na basen i morze. Wszystko czyste i pachnące. Kuchnia wyposażona w lodówkę, płytę grzewczą, czajnik, ekspres, mikrofalę, patelnię, garnki i sztućce. Łóżka wygodne. Śniadania serwowane od godziny 8:00 przepyszne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Są zarówno dania na ciepło jak i warzywa, owoce, słodycze i jogurty. Obsługa na bieżąco robi omlety, jajka sadzone i tosty. Kawa jest z ekspresu, soki świeżo blendowane każdego dnia inne. Skorzystaliśmy także ze strefy spa z racji tego że pogoda nie pozwalała na korzystanie z basenu i morza. Basen w strefie spa jest mały ale wystarczający, dodatkowym atutem jest sucha sauna. Sauna mokra była nieczynna. Parking nie jest w cenie natomiast za każdym razem bez problemu znajdowaliśmy w okolicy bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe.

Cons:

W aneksie kuchennym przydałaby się chociaż jedna gąbka do czyszczenia naczyń oraz płyn do naczyń, tym bardziej że sprzątanie pokojów nie obejmowało zmywania naczyń. Podczas naszego pobytu w strefie spa nie działała sauna mokra.

El todo incluido. En la carta se ofrecían bebidas todo incluido que no te servían porque decían que la carta estaba equivocada. Peor todo incluido de todos los hoteles que he ido de la misma cadena hotelera

Für uns war es super!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht einem alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Zum Saisonauftakt war es noch sehr ruhig im Hotel, doch der Service war dennoch bereits in Höchstform. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein doch bietet alles was es braucht. Dass hier nur an zwei Stunden am Tag Kindern der Zugang erlaubt ist, macht es sehr erholsam. Das Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und es wird wirklich lecker gekocht. 😊

Pros:

Los apartamentos muy bonitos y tanto la cama y el sofá muy cómodos. El buffet impresionante

Cons:

Fuimos al spa y las saunas estaban cerradas aunque en agosto se entiende. La parte de la piscina faltaba una zona para poder tumbarse si no hay amacas disponibles

Z tym sprzątaniem pokoju to tak różnie. Na początek musiałam sobie pozamiatać mieszkanie aby nic nie kleiło się mi do stóp. Zdjęcia apartamentu zrobione gdy był nowy.

Pros:

Le confort de l'établissement, par contre des horaires pour les allemands , dîner a 18h30, toutes les chaînes télé en allemand.
Les repas étaient très corrects mais répétitifs, sur 8 jours décevants.
