Excellent location, walking distance to all major sites and also bus stops for those who don't do hills. Our room was a decent size,no view (but not important to us). The reception staff, especially Coro, were friendly and super-helpful. A plus was a covered patio with running cake, biscuits and hot drinks throughout the day. Breakfast was a good choice of cold items .
Only 1 thing: the air extractor in the en suite didn't work. We were not there for long enough for this to be an issue, and we forgot to report it.
It was a really good location, and the staff were beyond brilliant and helpful!

神ロケーション。アルハンブラ宮殿-ニコラス展望台を周るバスのバス停まで徒歩5分です。ただしバスは非常に混みます！中心地にありとにかく便利。ですが夜はとても静か。部屋はとても広く作業台、ハンガー、ドライヤーなど揃っています。1階には共用な作業スペースもあり。またシャワーも温かくバスタブもあるのでゆっくり浸かれます。
スタッフも優しく、私がアルハンブラ宮殿のチケット取れなかったと行ったら、連泊者限定のグラナダカードを予約してくれました。おかげでナスル宮殿やヘネラリーフェ庭園に入れました！本当に感動しました。

La ubicación y la tranquilidad estando en el centro
Todo perfecto
La ubicación es genial, esta en el centro y hay de todo en los alrededores. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación estaba muy limpia.
Cuando te duchabas a pesar de la mampara quedaba el suelo del baño salpicado de agua.

The room was beautiful and the whole hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The location was close to shops, restaurants, sites, etc.
Although the balconies were nice, it was noisy at night. Also, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room so we could have coffee or tea in the morning.
