Casual Pop Art Hotel

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, modern, and really well looked after, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

The staff were amazing .. genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which always makes such a difference. You immediately feel at ease.

Location-wise, it’s perfect. Right in the Old Town, full of charm and character, yet still within easy walking distance of the main strip, beaches, bars, and restaurants. Best of both worlds .. peaceful but central.

I honestly couldn’t fault it and would 100% stay here again.
A real little gem in Benidorm

A lovely few days away for Christmas, brilliant location, right on the sea front . Very clean, staff were very welcoming. Book direct and dogs go free.

Nice hotel, comfy beds slept really well, breakfast was ok but not very hot but that’s ok it’s not a 5 star hotel, excellent location just a few steps to the lovely beach would return.

Had a fantastic weekend in Benidorm celebrating my Husbands birthday and the hotel was wonderful. Had a great room with a superb sea view and the bed was super comfy. There were 15 of us and each person said they would definitely stay there again. Staff were very nice and friendly and rooms were large and comfortable and very clean. Location was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Very friendly staff .. hotel was spotlessly clean .. and amazing beds… also there were toiletries that were great ..the cleaning staff were so good and nothing was too much trouble .. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone … I had a room with a sea view which has the most beautiful views over the beach and the ocean .

Have just returned home after spending 3 days at this fantastic hotel loved it superb staff very friendly and cooperative and a great bonus we could take our dog with us they provide dog bowls and dog beds free of charge.great location in the old town the food was spot on and the hotel was very clean we would rate this hotel very highly 10/10. Just did not want too leave.

This has been our 4th visit to casual pop. Once again everything was fantastic. Ideal location, hotel has everything you need. Reception is manned 24hrs so theres always someone to hand if needed. Full buffet breakfast sets you up for the day . Rooms are super clean with all amenities. The bed was so comfortable we need the mattress for home 😁
We'll see you again next year 👍

Great small hotel near Benidorms old town. Excellent location and great value for money. Nice room, loved the quirky decor throughout the hotel, extremley comfortable superking sized bed, small fridge, complementary bottle of water,hairdryer and toiletries, good sized nice quality bath towels. We were visiting with our dog , 10€ charge for her. We had a room with a balcony and sea view which was lovely. Parked our car in a public car park a few minutes walk away for 19€ which was a reduced rate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An abundance of bars ,restaurants in close proximity, as was the beach. We didn't have breakfast. Would highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

What a lovely hotel, only stayed 1 nights, didn't have a balcony but that was our choice, the room was perfect comfy bed, so clean & tidy, staff were really nice & pleasant x will definitely stay again hopefully for a bit longer next time

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel.is well situated and clean and tidy throughout. Quite in the evening despite being on the front a few mi uses walk up into old town and the benidorm beaches.

Bed was the best I have slept in ever in any hotel ,,, cleaning staff cleaned my room everyday no matter what time I left my room,,,and very important all Staff friendly and helpful 🤗🤗❤️❤️ would stay again

So much better than when it was the Esmeralda Hotel for a start . It's very costly to have a sea view and balcony room and we had to pay even more as the only available room when we booked was a family room . All that aside , our room was perfectly alright for us , nice and clean with space and a lovely view . All the staff were lovely and it was Daniel who welcomed us and helped with our cases up the front stairs . A nice selection at breakfast but the hot food was just about warm , needs sorting . If we get a fair price next year for a sea view room we would return . Thank you for being so nice Daniel and everyone else we spoke to , Regards .

Had an excellent long weekend..had the most amazing bedroom room 401 with the best view of the sea and the prom it was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and a good size, the room and the whole hotel was very clean. Definitely return.

The place was spotless. Great location, so different from what we were used too. We would definitely go back.
