Amazing stay and very central location
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming, nice and super helpful.
The hotel is super convenient and a few minutes walk from the underground. All very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are very small that’s the only downside

Pros:

Quartier parfait, très proche du métro, très accueillant. Nous avons également utilisé le service de livraison des valises qui a fonctionné parfaitement.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain, il y avait des traces de moisissures.

Posizione vicina a 2 stazioni metro.

Dimensioni camera che è piccola anche se negli standard giapponesi. Unico ascensore per tutti i piani.

It’s okay for a short stay but not for long stays
Pros:

Good location, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

It was dirty and even mould inside the rooms. The ventilation didn’t work well

Pros:

酒店的位置，设施，卫生和服务态度都非常好，已经很多人评论，我就不在这里重复。

Cons:

我只想指出几点不足的地方：1，早餐很丰富，但是却没有鸡蛋，我每天都需要吃鸡蛋，不得不加钱让他们提供。2，早餐的肉类品种比较缺乏，碳水化合物太充足丰富了。3，酒店的被子太厚太热，如果能提供一床毛毯就比较合适了。以上是我的看法，谢谢酒店的服务！

Great location for a longer stay.
Pros:

Loved the location and how easy it was to get around. Your very close to the centre of Tokyo but it’s quite with lots of great restaurants, convenience stores and stations. The room is small but adequate for my needs with under bed storage for luggage.

Cons:

Only 1 washer and dryer. When staying for a long period I needed access to these.
