Decent enough hotel, would use again but need better breakfast choice.
Pros:

Proximity to where I wanted to be and local train station 500 m away

Cons:

Staff a little surly at times. Breakfast guy very surly. Rooms very small afore two people and suitcases. Breakfast only Japanese no western option.

バスタブの点が非常に台無しでした。
Pros:

スタッフの方は非常に感じが良かったです。大変気持ちよく接してもらえました。

Cons:

とにかくバスタブがザラザラで入る前に全部洗ってから入りました。そうなると細かい隅々も気になりました。
お安いからしょうがないかなぁと思いましたが残念です。

Pros:

館内が清潔で心地良く、部屋でも快適に過ごす事ができました。チェックインの時間変更にも柔軟に対応してくれました。駅から徒歩５分程度でしたので朝もゆっくり準備する事ができました。

Cons:

喫煙者のため、喫煙環境が全くないのは不便でした。
朝食時に入口にいたスタッフから「お好きな席にお座りください」と指示があったので座って待っていましたが、10分程経過してからお店の方に「注文されましたか？」と声をかけられ「自分でQRコードからメニューを注文するのか」と知りました。テーブルの上のQRコードは確認していましたが、指示は「お好きな席にお座りください」だけだったので、その後に注文はどのようにするのか、メニューを持ってきてもらえるのか等の指示があると思い込んでいました。

Great Hotel, but moldy bathroom
Pros:

Comfy Bed and perfect location with different subway lines next by as well as good coffee places and restaurants.

Cons:

First room I got smelled like cigarettes and second one had a lot of mold within the bathroom. Fan in the bathroom didn't work properly which caused a lot of humidity to build up.

Very quiet at night. Hotel staff were helpful. Lots of amenities available in the room. Easy access to Ginza.

The location is very quiet, maybe a bit too much If that's your first time visiting Japan.
Room was small but that's typical in Japan.
