Good hotel for the price
Pros:

Good price and location.

Cons:

Even if the room was available the check in has to be at 15:00 (so I just wait there at the lobby, almost an hour)

期待していたが、夜の騒音が気になって残念だった。
Pros:

スタッフの対応が良い人もいた。愛想が悪いスタッフもいたので残念。

Cons:

隣室の物音が気になった。夜10時以降は静かに行動するなどホテルのルールの徹底を行ってほしい。最初の日に、枕に髪の毛が付いていた。

スタッフの方はとても丁寧に対応していただけて快適でした
Cons:

シャワーを置くところがグラグラしていて壊れていた
部屋が狭めのため空調が効きすぎ手暑くなりつけなくても暑過ぎたが窓もあかず冷房にもできなかったのが少し辛かったです。

Pros:

La posizione davvero fantastica, ci ha permetto di scoprire il quartiere Kodemmacho e di visitare tutti gli altri quartieri più turistici. L'hotel è dotato di tutti i comfort, prezzo assolutamente in linea.

エアコンの問題さえなければまた利用したいと思いました。
Pros:

仕事先に近いためロケーションが良かった。
小伝馬町駅からは少し歩くが許容範囲。

Cons:

チェックインをした日はエアコンの暖房が効きすぎて、止めても暑かったため窓を開けました。
ところが2日目からは、暖房が入らなくなり、冷房と送風しかできなかったので寒くて震えました。
朝方には寒すぎて鼻や喉が痛くて、目が覚めました。
