Made to feel very welcome.
Pros:

Fantastic location with superb view down to Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor. The staff were lovely and the food was freshly prepared and very nice and a very reasonable price. Room was fine, if basic, with nice clean and fresh bedclothes on a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

It needs a good refurbishment. It is dated and a bit threadbare but it is clean and priced appropriately.

Pros:

I loved particularly the welcome from the staff and service, which was exceptional. The food was so obviously very fresh and delicious. I look forward to coming again. The location is just stunning also.

Dog friendly stay twenty minutes from Plymouth.
Pros:

Located on the edge of Dartmoor, twenty minutes drive from Plymouth. Convenient for an overnight stop before catching the ferry abroad. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly.

Cons:

The premises are a little tired and could do with updating.
