Чистий і комфортний номер, чудовий сервіс та дуже смачні сніданки.

Cons:

Єдине, що залишило негативне враження, — ситуація з паркуванням. На Booking зазначено, що паркування безкоштовне, а працівник готелю сам показав, де залишити автомобіль. Під час виїзду ми знайшли квитанцію про штраф, оскільки це виявилося міське паркування, яке потрібно оплачувати.
Коли я пояснила на рецепції, що саме працівник готелю вказав нам це місце, замість вибачень чи спроби розібратися мені відповіли, що «такого не могло бути». Така реакція залишила не менш неприємне враження, ніж сама ситуація зі штрафом. Рецепція повинна попереджати гостей про необхідність оплати паркування. Тим більше, що біля готелю дуже мало паркомісць для такої кількості номерів, тому гості змушені користуватися міським паркуванням. Якби нас одразу поінформували, цієї ситуації можна було б легко уникнути.

Комфортно і затишно. Радимо зупинятись.
Pros:

У номері будо зручне все: матрац, подушки, крісла. Вдалось по-справжньому відпочити.
Приємний і ненавʼязливий персонал.
Вражаюче гарне фоє.
Хороша локація у самому центрі міста, але без натовпів і шуму під вікнами.
Сподобалось, що у кімнаті можна налаштувати комфортну температуру.
Хороша косметика у вбиральні.
Дуже чисто.

Cons:

Не дуже різноманітний сніданок.
Сантехніка у душі на старий манер - не змішувач, а окремі крани, якими доволі некомфортно регулювати тиск та температуру води.
Було б добре мати у номері сучаснішу систему ТБ і фільмів.

Very kind and supportive staff, well maintained rooms, SPA included, nice rooms.

Cons:

Only foreign beer label available in.minibar and lobby bar. Guys, Ukranian beer is excellent!
