Дуже задоволена відпочинком у даному готелі
Pros:

Все! Від зустрічі при вході, комунікації з працівниками готелю, до візуального виду, шумоізоляціі, спа, їжею в ресторані. Я неймовірно задоволена вибором готелю і повернусь сюди неодноразово! Рекомендую!

Все чудово, окрім дуже гучного шуму під вікнами.
Pros:

Дуже ввічливий та уважний персонал.
У нас було раннє виселення, тож з собою дали ланч бокси зі смачним сніданком .

Pros:

Stylowy, piękny hotel. Jest winda, blisko do centrum Lwowa. Pokoje czyste. Dostępne kosmetyki kąpielowe, ręczniki, suszarka, szlafrok, kapcie. W pokoju telewizor i mała lodówka. Łóżka wygodne. Klimatyzacja, bezpłatne wi-fi. Bardzo dobre śniadania w formie bufetu. Można było zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu i wrócić po niego później.
Wszystko zgodne z opisem.

Все гарно, особливо сподобалось СПА яке бронюється індивідуально і виключно від вас
Хороші сніданки

Cons:

Можна було б замінити ковролін в деяких номерах, оскільки дає трохи запах і потертий за роки експлуатації
На весь готель тільки 7 паркомісць але навпроти є платна міська парковка яка після 20:00 і до 08:00 безкоштовна

Cons:

Als ich erstmal reingekommen bin, hatte ich gar keine Hilfe mit meinen Koffern bekommen, obwohl das Hotel sich als 5-Sterne-Hotel zählt. Die Mädchen an der Rezeption waren nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht freundlich (Gefühle waren gemischt, aber nicht positiv). Das Zimmer war gut, aber das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, deswegen wurde das ganze Bild verwöhnt.

Атмосферно, чисто, дуже смачний сніданок.
Pros:

Чисто, в номері багато всього, дуже смачний сніданок, гарний персонал. Я не дуже люблю класичний стиль, але цей готель дійсно атмосферний. В нашому номері балкон виходив на іншу сторону від фасаду і це створювало додатковий затишок під час перебування.

Cons:

Не впевнена за кондиціонування. Під час нашого перебування не було дуже спекотно на вулиці, але довелося відкривати балкон.
