Imersão nas cores sons e formas do melhor lugar do mundo, Chapada Diamantina!
Pros:

Já viajei quase todos os principais roteiros do país e já conheci muitos países fantásticos com ótimas experiências. Mas o canto das águas sem dúvidas oferece a melhor experiência em termos de hospedagem que já vivenciei. Do atendimento, à arquitetura o hotel é um convite a contemplação da natureza em um estado de conforto absoluto. O sons das águas e dos pássaros ressoam em cada canto do hotel. Já fui outras vezes e quando penso em trocar de hotel não consigo nem cogitar. Dica: pegue quarto com varanda e vista Rio (muda a experiência completamente). O café além de fantástico é variado. Funcionários maravilhosos!

Cons:

Wi-Fi estava bem instável e a academia com a nova tendência wellness mundial precisa ser requalificada. Uma barra pra agachamento/supino e um aparelho puxador multifuncional resolve fácil e tem espaço.

Hotel indiscutivelmente maravilhoso mas o investimento é alto para dormir mal!
Pros:

Do atendimento, em especial ao Concierge, Dida Murta. Faço uma ressalva apenas ao atendimento da recepção. Para a estrutura e nível econômico do hotel esperava profissionais mais habilitado. Na acomodação Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Quarto amplo e vista maravilhosa.

Cons:

Não recomendo a cama para quem tem limitação com hérnia de disco. Inclusive fiz uma solicitação na reserva e não fui atendida. Resultado... passava o dia maravilhoso mas acordava literalmente "aleijada."

Cons:

Internet no quarto não suficiente e não alinhado com a classe de Hotel.
Tv fraca.

Maravilhoso, recomendo muito!
Pros:

O hotel fica ao lado de um rio, você toma o café da manhã escutando a água descer pelas pedras e os passarinhos vem comer frutas na varanda, é maravilhoso, eu queria morar nesse lugar! O Concierge Dida foi extremamente solícito, nos ajudou muito. E a localização do hotel também é incrível, ao lado do centrinho de Lençóis, mas silencioso, não se ouve nenhum barulho.

Sensacional.
Pros:

Quarto ao lado do rio, dormimos com o barulho da cachoeira! Foi sensacional! Banho ótimo e quente! Chuveiro forte! Cama boa, travesseiro confortável! Água potável gratuita de filtro de barro disponível nos corredores do hotel e garrafa para levarmos para o quarto.
Café da manhã incrível! Funcionários muito prestativos.

Pros:

The place is gorgeous with a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated with good beds & pillows. The concierge (Guida) is very friendly and helped us book massage services. The breakfast is copious and varied.

Cons:

The shower head is too high and the water pressure is not strong enough (especially for long hair), plus the shower floor is very slippery - as is the whole bathroom floor. For that price, coffee/tea in the room should be free.

I would visit again without a doubt
Pros:

Excellent quality for such a remote area. Property very well kept and interesting landscaping, attractive and very comfortable sitting areas throughout. Rooms comfortable and spacious with amazing views (by the river).

Cons:

Lacking veggies at breakfast.
