Everything. The first room we were in was filthy and had a roach infestation, the sheets were itchy. The second room wasn’t much better there were still roaches and the floor was sticky the sheets were also itchy.

The roach motel

Everything smelled like weed, the bedding was horrible burn holes all through blankets roaches crawling around Everything, the guest next door let their dog shit in front of our door, office did nothing about it, the electricity plugs in bathroom didn't work, the neighbors had people coming over every 10 minutes like clock work the whole time, they were loud all night long.

Not safe and is dirty.

.maybe the reception was polite.

The pool is cover with dirt. The room smell horrible, homeless people were around, and there is people living on most of the rooms, smells like urine outside and it feels very unsafe to be there

Cockroachs scurrying about. Homeless people lingering on property. Broken screen hanging on window. Water leak from toilet. Also received email stating due to Covid out breaks bring disinfectants and toiletries as they will not be provided. Didn’t see this till we were already on our way. No coffee maker in room and no hair dryer in room.

Cons:

Dirty.. we walked in to a smell even though it was a “smoke free” room. We found roaches in the room and the bedding has holes in it due to cigarette burns.. sheets smelled like smoke.
